I loved this location I stopped by while on vacation in LA i loved the store will visit again when in LA

I love this place. Everyone is SUPER knowledgeable and professional!! You can't ask for a better place to get product as well as knowledge. We were helped by RACHEL and we are 100% satisfied. She was super friendly and very welcoming. My wife and I will definitely keep coming back because of her and you're ENTIRE staff ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

They carry many of the same products as other dispensaries however they have pretty good customer service. They generally always have what I want in stock and have had good attitudes when I've visited. In my experience they try to find something for everyone and generally appear interested in retaining customer's business. I would like to see them engage their premium customers a little more. They tend to have events but I don't know about them and there's generally nothing special about the events. It would be nice to see new things that are coming out, engagement with the vendors so they know what we (as customers) are looking for, what we like, don't like and have that interaction they can take back and make better things...

By far the most enjoyable dispensary I've been to during my visits. Parking is a breeze, great prices, wide selection, amazing deals, with a great staff and Budtenders. Gabi was a joy to be around after a 6hr flight, very helpful, patience and it didn't hurt that she comes with beautiful smile. Will be stopping by again before I leave!

I usually have my boyfriend buy my weed because I don't know a whole lot and the few other times that I've gone to different places, I've gotten weird looks and eye rolls for asking questions, not here. Gabi was very sweet, patient, and overall AMAZING. She definitely changed my opinion on dispensaries! I look forward to coming back again! She is awesome!

This was my maiden voyage, a virgin of sorts to the dispensary and the recreational purchase. Ckmjng from the Midwest and things moving slowly, I was in Burbank visiting and I think they saw me 4 out of the 5 days I was there. I enjoyed the experience and the staff was A1...... What a fantastic dispensary! I decided to give it a try based on a referral. Yesterday Kim patiently listened to my medical symptoms and what I was looking for in terms of relief. She expertly presented me with options which we thoroughly discussed so when I left, I was confident in their usage. I have gone to other dispensaries where I felt rushed and was recommended "featured" products, not necessarily what was best for me. Kim's budtening skills are excellent. Exhalence is very professional and I appreciate the expertise of their staff from the folks I chit-chatted with when I came in to Kim's expert advice. I will be back and thankfully I will never have to go anywhere else.

THE PLACE: WOW! What an absolutely FANTASTIC dispensary this is! I got caught in traffic on the 5 freeway so I took the Glenoaks exit and BOOM right there I see a big ol' green cross and I think to myself [Yo, that's a weed shop, I'm going in there] Upon entry, I was immediately impressed with the modern look, the super nice front desk person Izzy and the security guard was great too. I finished my registration, made my way to the back room and OMG YOU CAN SEE THE GROW ROOM!!! What a thoughtful display of beauty! It's the same feeling like walking into the Aquarium of the Pacific; you just can't help but look around in amazement. Now, don't get me wrong, this is not at all the first time I've ever seen a grow room- Rather, the idea of having those beautiful plants right there for your patients to see is dope af. So thank you Exhalence. THE PEOPLE: Izzy at the front desk was very fun, informative, professional and knowledgeable. I'm a talker so she and I had a great conversation about changes to come in 2018. In the backroom, Camerin and Courtney are THE BEST!! They were everything: fun, smart/knowledgeable, quick, kind, professional, pretty! The showed me and told me all about what to expect with Exhalence, from the quality of the products to the generousness of the free giveaways including SPIN THE WHEEL, my favorite!! <3 <3 THE PRODUCT: The Star of the Show!!!!! I can not express fully how freakin' fired up I am about they're products. I walked out with all Indica because that's what I smoke, and it's all fire! Super dank, nice looking nuggie nugs everywhere! And I got hooked up with a bunch of goodies including a free joint, right. So look, I LOVE getting free joints, because they're free, but they never get me high because (i assume) everyone uses the worse strain they have. I smoked that free joint first, by myself... and I kid you not, 5-6 puffs in, I was on a whole new level. Stone. Lifted! I was in disbelief. How did they do that? This is was they're rollin up and giving away!? YAAAASSSSSS!!! I'm geeking out hard over this new gem I found! I'm so stoked that out of all my friends I'm the FIRST one to find this spot. Go there! Definitely the best dispensary in SFV!!! From the selection of products and strains (phenomenally priced!) to the onsite greenhouse in the back and the beautiful budtenders. Exhalence has everything you are seeking. While everyone is extremely welcoming and friendly, Alyssa is definitely my favorite budtender because she is so compassionate and knowledgeable, plus she goes out of her way to provide extraordinary service! Ashley & Holly are also amazing. I guarantee you’ll never go elsewhere after coming here.

First time flyer. This is literally the most newby-friendly place you can imagine. Camerin spent 20 minutes just showing me the various products and how to approach them. Walked out with 2 disposable vape pens (Pineapple Express and GSC), which have been....very worthwhile. Awesome place. Awesome people. Awesome products. I'll definitely be back.

Clean, safe, bright, open, friendly. Doesnt feel like the rest and Im happy to have them in my neighborhood. Ana my budtender was very helpful in finding a strain that works for me - something that isnt too mellow or too crazy! CA taxes make things $$ nowadays but their rewards program and ‘freebie wheel’ helps offset that a bit. Thanks again!
