Fine Fettle - Willimantic

I think fine fettle is the best dispensary around. I love the staff as well as the products. They make me feel like family!!

First of all, this place is BEAUTIFUL. They did an amazing job with the decor/aesthetic and it's got a really warm, chill vibe. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and were very helpful with filling out the change of dispensary form. I also got to do my intake on the spot and didn't need to come back or setup an apt, so that was nice. The rewards program is dope, too. It was a refreshing change of pace from the other two dispensaries I have been to, and I'm so glad there's finally a dispensary in the Windham area, and an amazing one at that.

I switched to Fine Fettle from a dispensary far away from me and I cannot speak higher of this place. My initial consult was fantastic and Debbie (dispensary manager) was not only knowledgable but focused on amazing quality of care and making my first experience there, quite literally, life changing. The dispensary makes gorgeous use of space compared to my old one, and SWEET CHRISTMAS is their menu extensive and their prices competitive! Also there was so much hugging and laughing going on, just being in there was unlike anything you see at a dispensary, medical or otherwise. Or any place really. If you're not with Fine Fettle, you're really missing out.

I stopped in at the end of their construction and, WOW! Connecticut has never seen a dispensary like this. Even though not open, the staff gave me a tour and explained the vision. It is beautiful, inviting, and warm. My old dispensary (will not name) looks like a doctors office or a bank. This is different. Definitely making this my dispensary once open.

The friendliest staff, and definitely the best prices and quality out of the CT dispensaries.

Fine Fettle was a world of difference in comparison to my old dispensary. They are well decorated and the entire atmosphere is welcoming and inviting. The staff is pleasent and knowledgeable about the product, and on my first time in, they loaded me up with swag from the growers. I would definitely recommend Fine Fettle over the one in uncasville all day long.

Fine Fettle is one of the best dispensaries in the state. The staff truly makes my day with their positive energies and welcoming attitudes. It is no secret that Fine Fettle cares for the people it serves and I am so grateful to have transferred to such a wonderful and helpful dispensary.

I adore this place. The staff is fantastic, the prices are great, and the atmosphere is so relaxing. Bonus points for being super safe during the pandemic. :)

The minute I walked in, the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help. Huuuuuh? What is this? I thought to myself! :) Every experience thru the process was pleasing. I had my pharmaceutical info faxed from another dispensary with in 24 hours, which had me shopping there the next day. Even from day one, working out the "kinks", they did it with a smile. From a customer service stand point, A++. Not much different then other dispensaries, set up wise, and product wise, they are expanding daily. Location is convenient, and I would/will recommend Fine Fettle to one and all. With a generous reward incentives program, its remarkably affordable too.

I bring my blind father here every weekend, and they're great at making sure he gets where he needs to go and everyone who works there have to be the kindest people on the planet.

The staff are friendly and knowledgeable but most of all compassionate and understanding. The rewards program is awesome and they always have swag. I may never switch again.

I love this location the flow of the building makes so much sense and it’s completely open and projects a very warm and comfortable feeling. Also, staff is amazing their extreme friendliness and excitement is contagious. It def an experience, everyone should stop in and just chat with them. They are Good People who are here to help out however they can.
