my bartender really did not know what she was doing. Could not answer any of my questions. the herb I got crumbled in my fingers didn't have to use a grinder at all. my eighth Wade 3.502 and they charge me $0.20 more for that 02 first place ever in my life to do that . I didn't have to take it but she was pulling all my buds apart trying to get that 02 off.
We all need heroes these days. Someone who makes it all ok and helps us through the tough times. Someone who inspires us to take chances and become our best version of self. Well in regards to cannabis there is one such person in the valley who I trust count on and admire. That person is Ben from Fireside Dispensary. Ben is a mild mannered person who is very passionate and brilliant with cannabis flower and oil. He has a knack for listening to patients/consumers and being able to find the perfect item or combinations of items to help them achieve their goals. Each time I go into fireside I hope to get Ben as my Bud-Tender. If not he always says hi and offers to show me something new or awesome I haven’t seen yet. He remembers items that have worked for me and lets me know when its in stock. Ben is easy to talk to and he is very humble. He has no problem telling you how he feels about certain products and why they may or may not be appropriate for your needs. He is never afraid to share personal experience and truly has everyones best interest at heart at all times. After a not so great experience at another dispensary I decided to go into Fireside a few days back to give it another try. I was helped by a guy named Ezra. He treated me with respect and took my concerns into consideration helping me pick the best item for me. Thanks to Ezra and the fireside team I am now getting the relief I need from my back pain.
Good weed i went in and had a good time. free coffie and stuff. maybe too much walkig toget there. But Iwas helped by ezra he told me that the sliver hawk was good and it was thank you =)
This place was amazing! I drove all the way from Wisconsin to purchase the best sativa in Southern Oregon. I purchased the Hawaiian Dutch and was BLOWN AWAY with the quality. Ezra was my budtender and assisted me. His customer service and recommendations for the right sativa for me were spot on. I will be making many trips to Fireside Dispensary in the near future. Great shop for true cannabis fans. Top quality bud that you can look at, smell, and is weighed in front of you (no pre-packs!!) Pricing is competitive, but there $6 and $8 grams are thee best I've seen in the valley. Plus everyone that works there is actually educated on cannabis, not just "dab bro's", love the shop will come back for sure.
Had a great time here on our way through Medford. Our bud tender, Ryan was super friendly and knowledgeable about the product and local prices. Explained different qualities of different strains and even took an interest in our online tie-dye business! We will definitely coming back. Ryan is a dope employee!
I think Ezra makes each visit easy and I always find the suggestions helpful. I'm becoming a regular because of the customer service and consistent quality flower.
Seems to be a nice rotation of quality flower in play. Prices run a little hot at times....this is counter balanced by decent deals on mid-range product. It would sure be a lot cooler if the lab numbers were listed on the menu. I must have shined a trip in no less than 10 times because I found a sure thing elsewhere. Staff is typically nice, but comes off somewhat apathetic and bored at times. Honesty is my only excuse.
#1 Place, Always hands down. You walk in and you just get smacked with super chill bro welcome. The lovely ladies handling the front are super friendly. Then there is no rush, just grab a cup of coffee and then slide in to meet some A++ bud tenders. Excellent quality bud and very reasonably priced. Ezra, Ryan, Jon are amazing. Knowledgeable and just fun to be around. Fireside is the place to be, just chilling with your friends having a good time and you won't leave dissapointed :)

This was my first time to Fireside and felt right at home when I walked through the door. Everybody was helpful and informative. Ryan was great and very knowledgeable in the different products they have to offer! I will most definitely be back when I come into town😀
Loved it.just moved from Vegas and this was the second location i went to.first one was a disappointment.when i walked.into fireside and it made up for everything. Ezra was my budtender and he was the greatest. Huge help and just cool atmosphere cool people.

I absolutely love this place. The all of the budtenders are extremely knowledgeable, the product is great, and the atmosphere is modern and sleek. Last time I was served by Ryan and he made some great recommendations. I definitely would recommend shopping here.
The vibe of this shop is amazing. It's super chill and well organized. The product is amazing also. The Wedding Cake strain they had for awhile was 🔥 i can't wait to see that stuff again!

I visit fireside quite often. Being a newbie to pot I don't really know what I'm looking for when I go in. Fireside has a great selection and exceptional service. The past couple of times I've gone in I've worked with a young man named Ezra. This is a guy who will take his time with you and suggest a product to fit your specific needs versus just trying to make a sale. Ezra is great and you can tell he truly cares about his customers and wants to help. I will wait to work with Ezra every time I visit Fireside.
My husband talked me into going back after a long hiatus, due to the crazy weirdness that was going on at this place. Well, I'm glad I went. It's back to the relaxing comfortable feel. We got 4 strains that are awesome, only tried 2 as of now. The Hash plant is absolutely awesome. Best part, I got love from Diesel and that made my day. I'm happy to call Fireside a great place to shop once again!!!!!!
