Have had 2 visits to this establishment and both times have had an excellent experience. The bud tender Madison on my second visit was extremely helpful with information about the local market and the quality of the products. She made my experience even better by having a positive and personable attitude. Great job and will look for her each time I visit. So far quality of product has been very good.
First time placing an online order with Flora Farms. Upon reviewing my products at the check out counter, the clerk presented me with a product called “sleep,” despite me ordering a product called “chill.” I asked why the product was being substituted (and as the dosage is quite different, that could be dangerous.) She showed me the order receipt and had no response other than this isn’t a substitute, but it’s how the order was placed. She informed me “Chill” was unavailable and out of stock right now.
It wasn’t a situation where I was treated as having a valid concern or having the wherewithal to know what I’d ordered and wanted, but more like it was a “user error.” I did not purchase the items and left.
Once home, I was still asking myself how this had happened. I opened the Leafly app and saw that the Flora Farms website shows the product photo and label as “chill,” but the accompanying text describes the “sleep” product. For someone who has explicit medical reasons for using their products, I need to trust that their website has accurate information … and for my concerns to be treated as valid by the associates working there. Not a great experience.

I was so very please with how patient and informative that my cashier was.
I’ve only been trying these products for my second time ever at this point.
I am new and I have a LOT of Questions; because I need to learn about how BEST to Enhance Good Health for Myself.
HOWEVER… I was So EMBARRASSED that another Worker came up behind my Helper and told her ALAINA , that she was taking too long with Me and that she needed to pick up the speed and move me along!
The was Embarrassing to ME!
And I felt so so bad for putting ALAINA in that position!
She Helped Flora To Make a Much Larger Sale !!
Than I had ever planned to come in there and $Spend!!
ALAINA is New and is Learning too!
She did a FRICKIN’ FANTASTIC JOB with Patience and Explanations !!!
ALAINA Deserves A nice and Respectful Recognition for her Great Efforts to do a Good Job for The Customer and for The Company!!!
Definitely she did not deserve the way she was handled!!

For what is accessible in my area cannabis wise, I will say flora farms always satisfies me with decent prices and good quality bud! The 70$ half’s are my favorite deal. And sometimes they throw deals for concentrates definitely recommend!

This location is very convenient. You can order ahead of time and go thru the pick-up window. They often have sales which is always great. The inside atmosphere is very relaxed and friendly and they have everything you need.

Chloe was really helpful and knew exactly what I would like. She explained the product and its features enthusiastically and I highly appreciated her friendly attitude. The shop is a little pricey but otherwise worth it for a friendly experience!

I have never had a bad experience at Flora. The budtenders are always eager to answer any questions to help ensure you're satisfied with your purchase. On my most recent trip, Haleigh was my budtender. She answered our questions, helped us get the best deals, and recommended some items. The recommended gummies were better than expected. Thanks, Haleigh!!!!!!

I visited Stateline on Black Friday, after selecting my choices online.
I was served by KATIE. I can honestly say she has the most incredibly beautiful smile!! 😍😍
And she is every bit as charming as she is gorgeous. She was friendly and professional.
My time with her made my day, and I left with some excellent product.

Came here for the first time during their event celebrating 1 year of rec. Had the pleasure of being helped by Arlien on checking out. They helped me find a good alternative to the product I wanted when the crew in the back were having a tough time finding it.
Very much a business vibe throughout the process. A small selection of products are on display as most everything is kept in a separate room that is employees only.
After browsing their small viewing of stock, you'll wait for your name to be called, but don't expect it to be in chronological order. A man that I was sitting beside left before his name was called as he said 4 or 5 people, that were behind him in line, had their names called before his.
Overall enjoyable experience though and as a member of their rewards program, I plan on visiting again!

Not only did she help me pick out product, but the product she recommended was exactly what I was looking for. She knows her customers and product. The overall vibe of the store was super welcoming and the best experience for my first time in a dispensary.

OMG, before I left the store this visit, I think I fell in love with Stalena!!!
Since I've started ordering top shelf products (flower & carts mainly), I've always been satisfied with my purchases at Neosho's Flora; this time though, they not only met but greatly exceeded my expectations. The inventory was perfect and the advice from my tender was epic.
So, don't be too shy to ask about what flavors and stains the Flora folks recommend - - I was shown the most awesome flower I've seen yet at her recommendation!

Myles is very knowledgeable. He helped me understand the benefits of CBD & THC. I have chronic pain, Neuropathy in my feet and Arthritis from head to toe. He listened to my concerns and put me on the journey to have less pain. He was right about everything. I plan on working with State line and Myles from now on.

Chloe took great care of us today. I heard her greet every customer before us with enthusiasm and told every single one of them to have a great day before they left (us included!!) She was a bright ray of sunshine on our gloomy day today. I can tell she enjoys her job and truly cares about each customer that passes through. Bud recommendations were on point too!! If you get a chance to have Chloe be your “Budtender”, you’re in great hands!!

Went in this morning for the first time, also my first time going into any dispensary. I ordered ahead online. Quality seemed to be good, although I have a very low tolerance. Service was OK, the guy at the front was wonderful. The lady who helped me get my order could’ve came off as being a bit brash at first, however, I kept my cool and remained neutral and her demeanor changed, my guess is probably just didn’t have a good start to the day, issues with co workers maybe 🤷🏼♀️. The place seemed very professional. Overall a decent first impression.

I am definitely NOT happy. they moved from neosho which was 10 min away, to state line which is 25 min away. when I arrived the parking lot was full and the drive through line was insanely long. same with the line for the inside. They NO LONGER let medical patients skip the line. the weed I wanted was sold out "JUST NOW sold out" by the time they finally called my name. I waited at least 45 minutes. so had to get more expensive weed which the quality of that isn't great either. the GMO to be exact. I'd rather drive an extra 5 minutes to joplin and choose from a handful of other dispensaries that actually carry flora brand at cheaper prices than actual flora does. it's just rediculas. Id rather have my husband drive an hour to oklahoma and get 4X as much for the same price or cheaper.
I used up my credits and I won't be back. thanks for down grading on your medical patients, flora. great job. 👏
