Fluent - Tampa

I love this place and it's been my favorite dispensary since I've gotten a card. The staff is incredibly helpful and make thoughtful recommendations (not just the most expensive product or any add-on's they can sneak in). It's the best qualify for the cost and unlike some dispensaries, the quality is consistent. The rewards program is definitely generous and they have great sales. I didn't have much experience with THC when I first got my medical card and they walked me through what to expect from each product and I felt comfortable trying new products after speaking with them. Their edibles are also the best for effectiveness and flavor, but their flower and carts are also great and they always have a pretty good variety available. Def recommend.

Entire staff were professional and welcoming . The office has a waiting area and a well planned out dispensary . Cameron provides 100 % concentric customer focus . Every question is simply answered thoroughly and thoughtfully @ FLUENT what more could you ask for !

I love the atmosphere at this dispensary the staff is always happy and polite and eager to help with anything they can. The products are always top of the line and with the specials they have regularly its affordable pricing. I WISH THEY WOULD BRING ONE TO BRANDON SOON!!

This was my first visit to a dispensary and I was somewhat lost, Anthony Alt was awesome. In the waiting room Mr. Alt and Mr. Killian made small talk with me to help me adjust to this new situation and were very kind and welcoming. After my paperwork had been completed Mr. Alt explained all the different products and how they could help me. I was very impressed by the level of knowledge of each item and its effect. The staff was professional at all times yet related to my needs and I feel that I got the best possible product because of them. I will definitely be back to this location and hopefully both Anthonys receive praise for their wonderful hospitality and extent product knowledge.

UPDATE: It is now 2 days before Christmas and I have yet to get to enjoy my purchase from this establishment, yet they were able to take my money and deposit into their accounts. I have been emailing back and forth and back and forth with Puffco, which might I add is not in any kind of a hurry to replace my defective product. It wasn't until Dec. 18 that they confirmed it was defective from the manufacturer and would be replaced. The way Fluent handled this whole situation is completely ridiculous!!!! Why am I, the paying customer, having to be the one who gets the shortest end of the stick? Everyone else seems to be winning here but the person spending their hard earned dollars. SMH Shame on you Fluent Tampa for your horrible treatment of a client who showed plenty of loyalty leading up to this disgusting event.

Edibles are so good and have a nice subtle sour taste to them

I just left Fluent disappointed. Went in for the Memorial Day deals and bought a 450mgs Vape Cartridge. It’s definitely not 450mgs, way too much headspace. I shouldn’t see clear all around before I hit it. Also, the middle part of the cartridge goes too high compared to other dispensaries. Again, tells me I’m not getting the full 450mgs that’s reported on my profile. If I didn’t receive the discount, I would be way more pissed.

Very nice laid back place. No high pressure, bud tender answers any and all questions. Offered to put on a call list when out of stock product comes back in stock.

Good location! Great and knowledgeable staff! My only recommendation would be is to have a menu and to have the flowers available to see and to smell.

Distillate is decent but 60 for a half g. You are either ripping your patients off or your processing costs are retarded.
