UPDATE: It is now 2 days before Christmas and I have yet to get to enjoy my purchase from this establishment, yet they were able to take my money and deposit into their accounts. I have been emailing back and forth and back and forth with Puffco, which might I add is not in any kind of a hurry to replace my defective product. It wasn't until Dec. 18 that they confirmed it was defective from the manufacturer and would be replaced. The way Fluent handled this whole situation is completely ridiculous!!!! Why am I, the paying customer, having to be the one who gets the shortest end of the stick? Everyone else seems to be winning here but the person spending their hard earned dollars. SMH Shame on you Fluent Tampa for your horrible treatment of a client who showed plenty of loyalty leading up to this disgusting event.
