Fyre Ants

Fire ants was my favorite dispensary, because of the prices, the workers, and the generally happy atmosphere. I went weekly. That all changed when I had one bad experience there; consequently, I was banned for complaining about it. I was telling the truth, too. Oh well.

Additionally, I'd like to ad: E from Fyre Ants, if you are out of the product, admit it, and ask the customer if they would like a refund, or another product; don't just pull a substitution and expect them to be alright with it, when they specifically said they only wanted the kind they originally bought, and you said, OF Course. You wasted 2 hours of my time just to frustrate me and lie to me! Bad business practices....

QUALITY is good for the pricing. SERVICE is speedy. But God forbid if u have a question. Several times Ive been met with blank stares from the cashier who doesnt know the answer and refers to the website. ATMOSPHERE too much empty space.

This place and Dreamer are the two best dispensaries in Western Mass! Prices are truly unbeatable, look no where else but these two places!! $50 oz's??? What???? Unreal!!! All high quality too so you don't have to worry about mold! (Cough cough HEKA cough cough)

Guys, I have terrible news. PHAT panda , who FyreAntz allowed into the store as a partner, has now taken full occupation over the store, including the brand, and all of the custom art. My heart breaks for the fire ants family. Please Please Please DO THE RIGHT THING. Do not allow the sickness of this world to prevail. The real Fyre Family has been exiled to Turning Leaf in Northampton, currently taking on a tough legal battle for the family business they put EVERYTHING INTO. Love this place. However their website does NOT have the CORRECT THC% content. Make sure you look up your strain before heading there. Website is wayyyyy off

the prices are so cheap cause the weed is old! Todays (10-27-23) updated "deals" email that was sent out consisted of OLD cannabis. for example the "electric kool" listed was grown by trulieve then white labeled by fyre ants. Worked closely with team at trulieve and discovered WE STOPPED GROWING ELECTRIC KOOL IN JANUARY 2022.... which would make fyre ants guilty of selling expired product. wake up people!!!

Because I'm disabled I have to do my orders online & then call Fyre to go over order, sales & cost. They always have my order all ready for me to have it picked up. Very knowledgeable staff & they're EXTREMELY Helpful! I come back every week!

Worst costumer service I’ve ever had in a dispensary the budtender had the worst attitude and lied to my face. I asked for a manger and was told no manger is in the building which was a lie. Once I stated a manger needs to be on property to open they magically appeared and this was after being told last week they were out of something then they gave it to the person behind me and they have deals on the weekend which they gave me on Thursday but won’t honor the same thing this week highly recommend you stay away from this dispensary Jim buddy’s in Chicopee is a way better option prices are better and the customer service is way better I mean if they will lie to you about a manger being there what else will they lie to you about mold,spider mites, etc my friend got some flower and he’s got white spots on it

Fyre Ants is the only place to buy your marijuana, period. I shop every website everyday and let me say there are no better deals or selection than here, hands down....not even close. This is not even to mention the VIP deals, that are truly incredible values and honestly what I wait for every week before I make my purchase decisions. My experience has always been the staff are extremely helpful, but truth be told the prices are so good it wouldn't even matter for me. I'm a routine customer from an abutting state and have turned on my friends and family to the value and quality of the FYRE products. Before I found FYRE ANTS I used to look for shake deals to match my meager weekly allowance for medicinal pain relief, now particularly with the VIP deals, I have plenty of choice flower to share with friends. And the two times I found a cheaper strain elsewhere, they matched the price no questions asked. Top shelf dispensary with top shelf staff. I actually enjoy going there and seeing and chatting with everyone...although less time lately as it is getting busier and busier.

This place has the best prices for quality products and they never disappoint. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend giving them a visit.

I truly love coming to this facility. I feel the employees are extremely personable and do their absolute best to help you find the product you are looking for. So far everything we've gotten has been thoroughly enjoyed, blew any expectations we had about a North East dispensary. We couldn't recommend this place more to anyone we know. 5 stars, 10 out of 10. Also the prices are the best I've experienced at any facility in the New England, at least in my general vicinity.

Having been to dispensaries all over the state and other states. I have to say Frye Ants was the first one to feel like home. The welcoming atmosphere, the chill vibe, the hands down best prices around and product that never EVER disappoints. I was stoaked when they opened a sister store. We drive 40 min to one or the other several times a week and always bringing new people so they can be as blown away as we are. No one is ever disappointed. Plus I mean You have to Take a Pic sitting in the AWESOME preroll Chair. If You haven’t been….check it out!!! You won’t be disappointed 🥰

This place is where it's at. I live in Chicopee where There is two dispensaries and I drive through Holyoke where their are seven dispensaries to get to this place. The prices are the best in the state even is you are not v.i.p. I am v.i.p now and every week they have ounces for under $100 which beats the streets. the people and atmosphere are great. The females are generally more friendly except for the boss. he seems mad cool.

The staff was unhelpful and seemed like they didn’t want to be there, the guy taking my order was getting upset when I asked what they had and kept saying I need VIP to buy anything yet not saying what VIP even is or how to get it. I ended up only getting some flower which ended up being so dry it crumbles. There is a reason this place is so cheap, it is all trash!

Best place to ever come up. I only shop here!!! Great staff amazing deals best dispensary in the valley hands down. If you've never been here, GO, you will not be disappointed!!!

the owner will blindly recommend things he's never tried and like a typical non consumer everything to him is "amazing" some of their staff are argumentive and rude when asking questions to better help you understand and will argue with customers and employees right in front of everyone.

from the second i walked into the entrance the people here were personable, polite and genuinely nice people. when in the dispensary i found all the employees to be nice and very helpful. i am an old guy who has smoked bud my entire life so i look for taste profile over everything else and the bud tenders were more then willing to talk and go through their own and customer shared experiences with the different companies and strains. i will definitely be supporting this dispensary from now on. thanks for the great experience...
