I'm usually an in and out kind of shopper and Mark S. was able to get me in and out fairly quickly with a great attitude and customer service! I love all the people there! My fave spot by far! And may I add his suggestions are on point!
Mark (and the other Budtenders) have always helped me stay up to speed on what's happening in this industry, extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and quick! Not only do you earn redeemable points with each purchase, but they have the best selection! Thank you guys for always being awesome!
Was so happy you guys were open! Mark assured me that you guys will try to get through the virus and supply everyone with the quality flower they deserve!
Mark and everyone (as always) super helpful. I manage chronic pain with cannibus but buy recreationally because med card is too expensive. They knew exactly how to help me as a medical user. I love Going Green Albany!

Great service and people. Every time I come in they are super friendly and always help with any questions I may have. Mark S and Nason, sorry if I butchered his name, are always super friendly and helpful to anyone and everyone.
Everyone is always so amazing. But Scottie is the best! He takes his time helping us,knows I have anxiety and may need a minute or 8 and he doesn't rush us. He's always in a great mood too!!!

Thank god you guys are open!!! Mark helped get my stuff super fast and without any hastle. He answered all my question fast and knowledgeably. Love the service here!
I did the pick up service so I wasn’t able to look or smell before I purchased a half ounce of the la Kush mints tonight and it’s still wet and smells like mold and mildew. No tender nor shop should be allowed to sell this. Place is total let down for sure!
Dispensary response:
Hi MKultra0908, thank you for the important feedback. We had actually just received that strain and put it out on the shelf the same day that you purchased it and had not had any feedback on it at the time besides looking at the buds and the high THC test. We have many customer who are "number hunters" typically looking for high THC and not much else, so when a 30%+ tester comes in we usually scoop it right up. This time the high test was not a great indicator of higher quality as we usually find. We did contact the farm after receiving your review and have passed along the feedback. They informed us that the package was just harvested weeks before we received it and that some of the packages held the moisture more than others resulting in a less than desirable result when smoking the buds. They suggested that we let the package we received breath and that this had brought back the quality in the other packages thy had from the same harvest. We did as they advised and have not had any further negative feedback on that strain/package. We would assume that fresher is always better but obviously that is not always the case. Though we do carry what can be considered "budget" options, we also strive to keep up the quality of our higher end products. I can assure you that this is not an indication of what we consider to be good quality and we appreciate your feedback so that we can address the issue on our end as well. We'd love to have you come back and give us another try as we pride ourselves on having a great selection of high quality brands and products.
