Trulieve - Avondale (Med/Rec)

Very unorganized. Clearly not ready for the overhaul of people with no medical card. I put in an order at 8 am and back to back days they confirmed and cancelled at 8 pm when they closed.

I dislike nothing about this dispo. I don’t like world problems rn cause I really feel no I really know I would have had a better experience. I waited outside for almost an hour and a half which is understandable under the circumstances. The brief time I was inside to be helped the Customer Service was fast, friendly and yet productive. The Employees there are nothing but informative and make you feel comfortable. I believe her name was Ashley (don’t quote me on it) please correct me but her cashier#42943. I can’t wait for worlds crap to end so I can be a regular. Thanks for being there y’all rock.

I like the shop, but they have to pick up the pace, I’m not sure almost an hour to pick up an online order. Ordered in AM picked up after 3, left the shop at 4:45. They were busy, but the problem was my order was not ready and ringing up became a issue. Just need to get it together.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Two rude young girls at the front desk should not be helping customers. Very bad. Ask for a manager and some rude young girl came out telling me I had multiple orders. I showed her my text message confirming my order. Extremely unprofessional. Never again.

I love harvest dispensary! Everyone that works there is awesome! There nice friendly! & also helpful The whole staff does a great awesome job on helping and answering all my questions to make sure I get the product that I need. The Harvest team works hard and fast to get your order ready so you can go home with your product with a big smile on your face! So I would like to say Thank you to Harvest team! Has to do a review because someone was cranky and left a horrible one. Been a medical patient for over 4 years, this location is not bad at all. Most Harvest locations are the same in terms of product and I’ve noticed specifically at this establishment the front desk workers are usually very friendly. Any complaints about prices or product can either 1.) adjust their standards for the price they want or 2.) grow your own! Otherwise the staff does a great job and the lines at this location are faster-moving than at other locations that’s for sure. Definitely recommend to my new recreational buddies!

After coming to this location for 3 years, I can gladly now say I won't be back. Service has never disappointed me, but the quality of the product certainly has. I haven't really been coming to this dispensary over the past year and that is because the bud is simply way too dry. I purchased 5 different strains in 8ths, and all of them are really too dry. This weed has been causing my hemp wraps to tear, and it's not making it easy to roll a blunt!

I love this place! Honestly have some of the best vapes. Occasionally, they have some great quality vapes on sale. Last time I bought two 1g top quality vapes for $85 and received free sample edibles. 🔥

This by far is definitely my favorite. Not only do they have the friendliest staff but also the most knowledgeable (in my opinion anyways ☺️👍). I highly recommend visiting and seeing for yourself

Long wait times, with leafly orders rarely going through and having to wait out in the heat with no shade. Once one of my favorite stops on the West side, now I'm willing to drive into Phx for better deals and better service.

Everyone’s always really nice. I got a couple of dunk cartridges once, but there’s nothing they can really do about that. Only place with decent deals in the far west valley.

This is my go to dispo ! The employees are so friendly ! Maryann is so sweet she try’s her hardest to get us in and out !! Lines are a bit longer now but it’s all ok it’s expected it makes it so much better when you have friendly employees really trying ! I will be back for sure

I drove all the way out to get a special and they said I did not qualify because I had been a customer of URBAN GREENHOUSE. Which is clearly not stated on Leafly that they are co-owned by the same owner. To make matters worse I placed an order as a first time patient and it went through and was confirmed and still I wasn’t notified or contacted that special was not applicable. This place is wack, no wonder it was a ghost town. Do not recommend.

My 1st time here and I felt they did a great job of making sure people were social distancing. I have Lupus so it is VERY important when picking up my online order for a place to try to keep people inside waiting at a minimum. Bud tender was awesome and took extra time to answer my questions and explain the difference in a product I was curious about. I will definitely visit again.

I’ve always loved everything about this place! Prices are a little high. But the people are worth it.

Friendly, helpful staff. Bought some Gelato flower that was very dry, unfortunately. However, the Tru-Infusions Nana-Berry 1:1 cartridge was excellent for minor pain relief, relaxation, and mild high.

Knowledgeable staff and their safety regulations are on point. Good job guys!
