Wouldn’t recommend I came in as a first time medical patient, and they refused me service due to my form of ID? They wanted a horizontal ID and I have a vertical and so refused me service. I drove 20 minutes and fought traffic to get refused service at a completely empty dispensary, 0 shoppers. Waste of time.

Great location, got me in quick and you feel like you’re welcome. Awesome staff and security, very helpful. As well as some top tier flower. Picked up some nectar farms and ultra premium house flower and it was 10/10. Would highly recommend Emerald! definitely coming back!

I drove all the way out to get a special and they said I did not qualify because I had been a customer of URBAN GREENHOUSE. Which is clearly not stated on Leafly that they are co-owned by the same owner. To make matters worse I placed an order as a first time patient and it went through and was confirmed and still I wasn’t notified or contacted that special was not applicable. This place is wack, no wonder it was a ghost town. Do not recommend.

recommend to anyone in a hurry, they definitely won’t have you waiting very long! Was in and out within 30 minutes and I had 5 people ahead of me.
