Sam’s fashion sense was impeccable and the displays and selection were easy to browse. The facility was clean and over all extremely enjoyable experience for a first timer.

One of the better stores in Springfield
Awesome folks
Always in a rush. You cannot browse here with comfort. You do not get the bud in the display, they show you that then get it out of another jar behind the counter. Pretty close to bait and switch in my opinion. Good Karma is an appropriate name for this establishment because, as I have learned in life, things aren't usually what they seem.
Dispensary response:
We pull from the big jars behind the counter because they are MORE FRESH and get opened less. The small jars are displays we pull from after the big backup jars are gone. Sorry you thought you were "bait and switched" but we don't do that here. If you ever want the buds out of the small jar, just let us know!!! It's not a problem. Sorry you had a bad experience.

The staff is wonderful, they allow for social distancing while still keeping a fun, friendly vibe. The product is good, the deals are good. Nothing but good karma here

Great dispensary with Awesome staff. I decided to come check them out two years ago and I haven’t been to another dispensary since :)

I like their selection but wish for more indica-dom flower choices periodically, but overall this is our go-to neighborhood shop ❤ My daughter LOVES to teasingly play with Shane and Anthony, but everyone there is very helpful and super nice/fun 😉

Sammy is the best
I loved how caring they are. We had a long wait for the bus. They threw on a movie for us to watch while we waited. Their staff Sam and Rey were awesome. Deffinatly recommending this spot!

Favorite dispensary in lane county. I come here once or twice a week sometimes more and always have a fresh dank selection. Budtenders are super knowledgeable with their products and just cannabis in general. I love the top shelf. I do go in when I’m low on cash and buy the 5 for $20s and there dank too.
