I personally love Grassdoor , because you get a multitude of different cannabis/medical products to choose from, from the convenience of your own home, especially if you’re busy, to where you don’t have time to go out during the day or in mid traffic it’s perfect because you can set up and have it delivered, I’ve been using the service, and I have loved it use it for both my father and I, if you have any doubts, don’t. Just give them a try, and I guarantee you won’t hesitate to re-order again, and this is an honest unbiased review, but if you’re a busy person and you have to go, technically a different direction That certain day then you planned Grassdoor works perfectly for you because they will come to you and then you don’t have to use so much gas to go out and get what you need because it comes to you in a timely fashion plus they got some really good Deals that are usually always going on especially during the holidays. I give them an A++, everybody have a blessed day and take care. Also touching back their variety of what they have is pretty damn amazing, just imagine it like a cannabis club that comes to you.

A reliable delivery service, some deliveries can be a little late but from what I've seen it's cause sometimes the drivers have to hit like 2-4 different spots to get what I ordered. Aside from this, the support is good and I've never really had any problems. The site does have some minor weird issues when you're using it on a phone. This can lead to some issues with chatting with support, like losing your current agent and then having it happen a few more times while you desperately try to get help from other agents about trying to get connected to your original agent but then one of the agents that you asked for help just resolves the issue anyways so you did get the help you need but at what cost to the original agent doing an excellent job helping you. The service is good and I recommend it.

Doesn't get more straight-forward than this, they simply get the job done. After trying several online bud delivery services, Grassdoor impressed me like no other. Here are my key takeaways: 1. Very easy to create an account for first timers and Great first time incentives. 2. Prompt customer support, you will be speaking/texting a human and not a bot in under 2 mins. (Basically zero wait time, no writing emails and waiting for replies if something went wrong.) 3. Probably the only online store that offers super fast delivery in under an hour. 4. Diverse collection, they have some cool stuff I didnt find in other places.

Had to repost- # of stars changed - Used to be a great place for delivery but lately they’ve been short on drivers so orders are always after the delivery window or altogether cancelled. They comp you $ for the inconvenience, which is nice but they then limit how much credit you can use with each order. Giving them one more chance then I’m going to find a new service. Still waiting on an order from 9.13 it’s the 15th and my order is already running late

Sammy from Grassdoor was well rehearsed and super helpful to me. He help me to get my order redelivered without breaking a sweat. Also very considerate when it comes to customer service. Grassdoor employees are very generous whenever i had an issue with my order. They always have the weekly sale that helps me save alot on my order. The promo and gift cards i receive gives me a huge discount everytime. They even have a referral program that gives you credits. The premiumness of the company and the way they deal with customers is splendid. My personal best weed delivery company in California. Keep up the great work Grassdoor.

Grassdoor has always been top notch. They are the quickest and most convenient when it comes to delivery. Been using them since months and i have never been trouble with the service. Sammy from customer service was very polite and kind in helping me with my order. He knows the products very well and suggests the best for you. The premium flowers like Persian plum which is not available anymore was the best. Definately try the girl scout cookies and gummy bears. Totally recommend you to use Grassdoor.

I only shop here and at one other shop, but only when they have a certain strain available. Grassdoor is my go to as they have amazing strains/brands and products…with really good prices! Not to mention their AMAZING customer service and delivery driver’s. I’ve only been treated with respect, which makes a huge difference! Thank you GD-you guys rock!!!!!!!!

Love Glassdoor. They have an extremely large selection, especially if you have the patience to wait for a scheduled order product. I don't shop for my greenery anyplace else really. Im always bugging the customer service chat people and they are amazing. always ready to help out and are truly helpful. I d have to say sometimes, not always, but sometimes they are late with the order but always make it up by adding a 25 credit to my GD wallet. If they mess up, they own it. They're great and you won't lose anything shopping from them. 5 stars across

Guess what folks? As of today, 11-21-23, Grassdoor is no longer in business. They did a big layoff several months ago and as of today...they're smoke in the wind. Poor management and poor treatment of employees get you this kind of karma. Good riddance.

Grassdoor always has something amazing, and the delivery service is very convenient. Their drivers and their customer support people are the best! They are always trying to find ways to make the service more affordable.

Great delivery service, been using them for a year now with almost zero problems! drivers are occasionally late, but they credit you each time that happens and the service has been consistent, 9/10 definitely recommend

my order had come in late when i ordered priority delivery. They did apolgize and reimbursed me for the delay and asked if the driver could have it delivered sooner. I really appreciate the prompt service and adamant service these people give. It makes it all the more reasurring that they have the best customer service around.

I've been going to grassdoor as my delivery service for the past year, compared to other delivery services in the LA area, it's completely unmatched. Superior customer service, products are always delivered in perfect condition and have zero issues, drivers are some of the nicest people, and to top of it all of they give you some of the best deals and loyalty rewards. I can't recommend this place enough, there are other delivery services, but none of them are as good in every aspect as GrassDoor.

Usually a good experience. Have had a few issues with drivers being rude, not following instructions & being late. Prices, stock & extra charges/fees have been an issue as well at times. Website & customer service are generally pretty good. I would recommend to anyone looking for a delivery service.
