I always have a great experience with grassdoor. When I need help with an order, either for a certain product or delivery questions, they are all very knowledgeable. I look forward to connecting with them all, but Sammy’s service is expeditionary. He's precise and to the point which is very helpful on busy days. Good Customer service shouldn’t be overlooked and Grassdoor’s services is top notch, led by Sammy.

He was able to quickly fix my first issues, and explain the second issue about a technical glitch in the system but he remained helpful and supportive for every question I had! Had an issue with a malfunction pod and unfortunately like I had to keep chasing them to make it right, however GISELA was the only person out of the few that I talked to who was able to get it done.

The service is always top notch from the customer service agents, to the website, to the drivers. You'll get your product usually within an hour and it couldn't be more convenient. I got helped today by Wayne when the promotional item was out of stock by getting a discount code for $15 off my order just for being a faithful customer.

I ordered from them around once a week. They are awesome to deal with. If you are running behind and you're going to miss the delivery they're so cool about it. I just had Wayne help me and he rescheduled the order. I don't order from any other company anymore the service here is just too great. Their prices are competitive as well.

I just had a great experience with the online Chat support member Sammy. He was very understanding of my issue and quickly reviewed my order and figured out what my problem was. At one point my chat even got disconnected but Sammy still was able to reconnect and did not need me to reexplain my problem. Grassdoor has always given me with 10/10 customer service and I always get an amazing deal.
