I don’t mind deliveries being late but they never notified me and when I contacted their support they acted like I was being ridiculous for asking when my order would be delivered (this is when the original time frame was noon-1:30 pm and it was already 1:45 pm and I had received no update) and then they told me it would be 30-45 minutes late. As 2 rolled around, I got a notification that it had been picked up and would arrive at 3:17 pm so I prompted cancelled the order. As an apology they offered 20% off my next order, like there would be a next time?!?

I ordered just a 1/8 th of their most fire kush and omg. I literally got so high it was a great experience. I would highly suggest shopping with grass door!!!!!!

I’m writing this review for Irvine delivery area. Non the less, same company. Anyway, I placed my online order that was confirmed at approximately 7:15 or so this evening. Upon confirmation, the message started that the order would be released and sent for delivery. I assumed that things were being prepped, so I waited…and waited…and waited. 8:25 ( over an hour and twenty minutes) had passed with ZERO CONTACT THEREAFTER! ZERO! Then, I get a message approximately 5 minutes ago saying the I am scheduled for a morning delivery! Seriously??!!! TOMORROW???? F these guys, they are 110% BS , NEVER AGAIN

First time buyer ordered 1oz of strawberry cheesecake thc at 35% I get it delivered I open it and it doesn’t even smell like real weed this place is probably selling fake weed consumed some of it and didn’t get high at all I definitely don’t recommend this place it’s a scam. Ridiculous don’t order.

They never deliver when they say they will, so inconvenient to have to wait around for hours. Try literally elsewhere.

Grass door is my fav delivery service! I’ve used a couple and this is by far the best. They’re pretty fast and usually early! They have a pretty decent selection and always have great deals! Check Weedmaps for discounts! And they are always having holiday and weekend deals so just make sure you time it right!
