love Grassdoor! The delivery is so quick, they have an awesome selection, and I’ve discovered new awesome products and some of my favorite brands because of them. I’ve literally never had an issue with the delivery service until today, it took a while to show my order was picked up but it was beacuse the driver had more trips more my order can be picked up . I reached out to support because I wanted to confirm my order will get picked up soon and not get left for late since they close at 9:30 , and Sam quickly initiated a confirmation for me. It was so helpful and so nice, because I was really excited about my delivery hopefully my order comes soon thanks grassdoor !

Always good product. Great sales. What sets them apart is their awesome customer service. Anytime I've had a question, the live chat has been super helpful. I recently had some confusion about an order. I was able to easily connect and get a quick response to ease my issue. Sam was especially helpful. I even got disconnected and was able to get back in touch with Sam to finish up. Of course the product is always a nice assortment to choose from and all the bomb goods! The drivers have always been really nice, too. I love being able to pay online and get a quick or scheduled delivery. Can't go wrong with Grassdoor.

Sammy is the best I'll start off right there grass door has the greatest 100% live agent customer support if you need it. They have the greatest selection of wax, flower, pre-rolls and accessories. They have an ASAP menu that gets to you within 90 minutes or scheduled menu for more convenience. Sammy put me up on a tip that helped me with the promotion they have great first time deals and even drop me a $20 credit for my birthday in September. Restores the best delivery service there is and Sammy is the man please give my dude a raise!

I love Grassdoor, I have been using it for years and it is my favorite delivery service. They have such a wide variety of products as well as quick delivery. It is rare that I have an issue but this evening Sammy from customer service was incredibly helpful, kind and solved my issue very quickly.

I recently purchased a bloom vape battery and it didn't work. I contacted Grassdoor, was put in touch with Sammy. He was polite and answered in a timely manner. He helped arrange a replacement product for me. This is the first time I've had any problems, I was kinda worried but found out my worries were baseless. I was taken care of quickly and friendly. Will definitely keep using Grassdoor. I've been to other shops but never enjoyed as much as Grassdoor. Thank you teams and Sammy. Please do give them a try, you won't be disappointed, promise.

Delivery is good, mostly deliveries are always on time. Service is really good. Gave me a replacement of vape when it stopped working. Customer support is always good, almost all of the customer support guys are good, Joel is great guy, listens to your queries and gives you proper solutions.
