Brad was my budtender and he was amazing! Kind upbeat, helped me get great deals, and even reminded me I had points I didn't even know!

Overall, a clean, solid store with a good vibe once you’re in the actual dispensary area. Their debit card readers were down, allegedly, so it was cash only. If you didn’t bring any, you’re stuck using their ATM and paying a $3.50 fee, which kind of sucks. The wait was longer than I would’ve liked. The front greeter forgot I was in the lobby, so I ended up sitting there an extra 5 to 7 minutes before getting called in. Once I got inside, things got better. Kasidhe helped me out and was great. She let me know I was getting a free 1/8 as a first-time customer, which I didn’t even know about. I also had her pick out one of the on-sale edibles for me (True North 200mg Hitter, blue razz), and it was a solid choice. Overall, a good spot. I came in for the 2 zips for $45 deal, and that was exactly what I got. I’ll definitely be checking back for more deals in the future.

This place has been my A-1 since day one. When they first started only medical i was there. When they became recreational I was there. As their medical side got smaller and smaller I was there. This place has been nothing but good to me and my friends and our community. Green labs has been a helping hand for our community and neighbors, donating to small businesses and sponsoring small town local businesses.

Fantastic customer service, as always. Product availability I give a 4.75, only because I'm a huge fan of the preground Mr. clean "shake" and they don't always have it. However, they always have great recommendations for equivalents or alternatives. I've bought items I didn't think I would enjoy and wound up buying them again and again. Thanks to everyone, especially the "clean team", growers, trimmers, and packers. Without them we wouldnt be "UP IN SMOKE" !

Green Labs is my 1# go to dispensary.Their in-house product line called Dutch Touch Genetics is unmatched in my opinion. Angelica and Mr, Clean are just two of the strains that everyone should try,and that I always try to keep on hand,they will not disappoint.The staff is very knowledgeable and will do whatever it takes to make sure you leave satisfied.What else can I say except I Love This Place Man!!! Been going here for so long now can't remember how long it's been since I first came here that's how long this is my official favorite place and actually the only place I want to go to im always treated with respect by everyone that works there the point system is simple and fantastic! they always give a returning customer a deal or break when they can just all around awesome me and my girl love coming here but the Custer Flunk is fire 🔥 helps with my epilepsy which I was recommended by there lovely bud tender's 10/10 RECOMMENDED!

Easy to get in and out. Very polite help and great deals. If you’re in OH, I would make the extra drive to save $$$ too! Quality is great of product I’ve used. This would be my go too if I lived closer.

First time at this dispensary and it was a good experience, Hannah was my budtender I got right to work and explained to her ONLYindica and the strongest you got because I have a high tolerance ,constant pain and I'm a heavy smoker usually nobody can keep up with me. She paid attention to what I said and the request of only indica and the strongest that she had. She let me know about the deals and sales that were going on which was appreciated, everybody was smiling and friendly employee-wise they must have a great boss because they were all knowledgeable I heard some of the other sales going on around me. I'm a 30+year grower but was in between crops that's why I ran up there from Ohio. I will definitely be back and will sign up for the email notifications of the sales and deals which is great too that they'll send you the notifications you don't have to look it up each time. Hannah could sell ice cubes to Eskimos. The only thing I feel bad about is I didn't notice the tip jars rightaway in front of the register or seem to register that they were tip jars I just thought it was random jars with money in it and miscellaneous odds and ends. The next time I go back I definitely plan on leaving her a tip and I hope she's my budtender if I could request a budtender automatically I would choose her but everybody seemed like they were pretty cool and it was a oasis after a 2&1/2hour drive I got two kinds of RSO in gram increment darts,2 kinds of flower and a pre-roll and it was all half price, that's great because I'm always a thrifty shopper.

Absolutely love this dispensary. The staff is Always so welcoming and friendly!! Beautiful building as well. The flower is top notch here!! Always fresh & fire :)
