Green Stem Provisioning

This place is usually my go to dispensary. The people here are friendly and while it can get pretty busy they still try to get your order out to you as quickly as possible. Also shout-out to Zac he’s awesome!

Travis was my budtender today and was super helpful answering questions I had about a particular vape pen issue I was having. I appreciated the time he took to help me out!

Wonderful customer service, as a first time customer, they were very patient with me as I was traveling, and unsure of parking, nearby ATM’s and such. Great variety and prices! Fabulous promotion for first time buyers as well. Thank you!! Will definitely make it a priority to stop again when I’m on this side of the state!!

If Zac Couch is a product of Greenstem's customer service program, he's a positive force as a representative and budtender. Pleasant, product knowledgeable and a pleasure to visit with. It was our second meeting. I look forward to his expertise in the future.

The location is great and the prices are good. They do a lot of business so service can be a little slow when they are packed, but the budtenders are nice and fairly knowledgeable about their inventory. You still have to have an appointment to see the showroom, not sure why there's a waiting room.

Love this place! Always have something within my price range, and have a a good variety of products. I was helped by Zacc last time and had a great experience.

all the staff was very friendly and welcoming ! this was my first trip to a dispensary alone, i just turned 21 & i think they could tell that i was a lil nervous so they placed me with a female bud tender which i greatly appreciated <3 (us girls gotta stick together) i am more than satisfied with the product i received & the experience itself was a great one !

I am a frequent customer of Green Stem Provisioning in Niles, Michigan. For one their rewards points system is a plus. I cashed mine in the other day when short on money and left with over 200 dollars in free product. And it is ALWAYS QUALITY. Yesterday I went to pick up an online order and was running a little late for other engagements, they weren't that busy and for some reason skipped me and put me down as served and I hadn't yet been. I watched a few cars come and go before I called to inquire about the issue. They apologized profusely and the manager came out as my bud tender. They accommodated my every need and then comped me a pack of rolling papers, Bic lighter, and quality rolling tray with my order. But they always take care of me when I go to pick up my weekly orders. That's the reason I only go to Green Stem!

Shene was our budtender and this was our first time here and he was so knowledgeable, patient and sweet! We will be back. Thank you Shene!
