Best place in Niles. Online ordering, from their website, is phenomenal. Prices are great. I use GS pricing as a baseline against other dispensaries. Budtenders are the best around. Always seem glad to see you, even if not. Very professional. Get texts for your spot in line, curbside pickup. With all businesses right now, speed could be improved. Not really GS fault as all curbside & drive throughs are all understaffed. Only real down side is they tend to run out of the Wana exotic yuzu gummies to often & forces me to go to competitors, which usually have plenty of stock due to higher prices & piss poor customer service.

I always leave a tip but today I gave a tip then he used my points and kept that for a tip to because of him I won’t be tipping again thank Tyler V For that

Green Stem was my second time purchasing in MI. Everything from the online platform for ordering, to the staff and curbside pickup protocol, and of course the product itself! I placed an order online when I got there and found a spot for curbside easily (lots of parking in rear) and was texted the entire time providing updates on my order. It took about 20 minutes but it seemed pretty busy and I didn’t mind waiting. Zach C. provided awesome service and even asking if it was my first time at their location and I got 15% off. He too my ID and money and promptly returned with my purchases. It couldn’t have been easier and Zach was incredibly friendly. From the items I’ve sampled so far, everyone has been a hit. Will definitely be coming there again for sure.

as a first-timer at Green Stem, i was treated kindly over the phone with the woman i spoke to. she was so friendly and helpful and she guided me to the back parking lot in the midst of other people just sitting in the middle of the front lot in their cars in the way of traffic flow. i really appreciated that! then i was served by Tyler B. who was just extremely friendly and helpful, very informative in the way the process works with curbside service at Green Stem. his sense of humor and willingness to help a new customer out has definitely made me want to come back. i’m grateful for his help with getting rewards points set up, and for his help in explaining what happens when you pay with your debit card. just a cool dude! thank you guys for being kind and helpful and hilarious!

By FAR the best place in southern Michigan 🙌🏼 absolutely perfect service, great loyalty points program, amazing bud tenders. This place is just flawless to me. AND KEEP THE REDBUD ROOTS FLOWING! More HTFSE carts if possible? Because they go quick! Zach Couch has helped me greatly on numerous occasions, and he provides some excellent information with great customer service. I'm normally a happy customer (several times a week), but today I was there an hour before closing, to pick up an order I had placed this morning, and I was turned away. I know you were busy, but that far ahead of time, for an order I placed first thing in the morning, should have been honored. I'm very disappointed. Thankfully, ReLeaf was still willing to help me before they closed, so that I could still get some of my medication. And I didn't even have an order in with them before showing up.

Zack Couch waited on me today. He was very kind & helpful. He knew how many grams were left on all the varieties. He explained what looked better than others. Unfortunately I didn't go there with enough money to tip him. I hope he waits on me again so I can make up for the tip I wasn't able to give him today.

I liked that I could order online. It took them no time to have the order ready. When I arrived, I could tell that they were extremely busy. We did have to wait for a little bit, however, it was totally worth it. Our budtender was Shane. He was extremely helpful and told me about the rewards program. I ended up getting 15% off of my entire order being a first time customer. A huge plus. I left very satisfied. So satisfied I went back the next day and bought even more! My budtender the next was Zach, who was also just as nice and helpful as Shane. Great customer service. The rewards program is definitely worth looking into. After 2 visits I have enough points for almost 50 dollars off my next order if I choose to use them. 10 out of 5 stars!

I'd be lying if I say I wasn't a little apprehensive at first. After an experience at a previous dispensary. That being said I was extremely happy with both curbside and the product in general. ZAC was awesome, appreciate his service, and his personality. Above my expectations. Will definitely be coming back.

This is my favorite dispensary by far, though I haven’t been to many. These guys just keep me coming back. They have an amazing selection that is updated regularly and really reasonable prices compared to other dispensaries in the area I’ve looked at. Their curbside is amazing because I can pick up whenever I want, just call when I’m there. All the employees are so freaking nice. Last time I was there I had a dude by the name of Zach Couch and I he was the freaking bomb. Seriously fabulous customer service. HIGHLY recommend (pun or no pun intended)

The person who came out and helped us was ‘Zach’ ! He was super friendly & made us laugh, super cool dude. We come very often to buy and e.v.e.r.y single time the person is super friendly & makes sure we have everything we need. 5 stars hands down

Easy in and out car service. They walk up to your car, take your order, and bring you your product. It was our first time here and Zac was very helpful! Great recommendations and knowledge of product and very friendly and quick service. A great quick stop in Michigan.

The people at Green Stem are very efficient and friendly, and will help you in any way they can to get you what you need. Even going during the busy, busy days; you're not going to wait a super long time. I honestly haven't tried any other places in the area yet, because it's just too damn easy and worthwhile to go here.

Love this place. Great bud, very memorable experiences. I started going a few months after they opened and haven't stopped. You get rewards points that you can use for discounts, I even got a free 3.5. Plus they always have new stuff.
