This is a great group of people. Always authentically friendly, extremely knowledgeable about all things cannabis, and and super helpful. The cannabis is always fresh with a plethora of varieties for whatever you need or desire. Definitely a top notch store all around.

First time coming into Green Valley because I have heard some hype about this shop. I am a regular at a few of the Medford shops. To say the least, I will never be back to ANY of those other shops. Green Valley has amazing quality, they are not just trying to push product to you. They really care about what you want and need to smoke. They have the best indoor bud selection I have seen in all of Southern Oregon. And the budtenders actually know their shit. That is hard to find. Thank you Green Valley!

I love the friendly staff and great products. Great variety of products and helpful staff. The only thing that I don't love is that the front door is hard to open. I am a medical patient and have problems with my hand joints and muscles and the door is heavy (for me). I would love to see a accessible door switch installed someday. This doesn't affect my 5 stars though, there are many doors out there hard to open for me so I don't judge too hard.

The best location in the valley.. always have a nature light coming in. It's doesn't feel like a hole in the wall.. The Bud tenders always have a smile.. and they know the information when you ask about the strains. You're the best.. Love ya guys.

I live in Medford but drive out of my way to go to this dispensary. One, the people working here are humble and knowledgable. They obviously loving their job at Green Valley, and have been highly informative on new fun stuff I knew nothing about! from John to Iris and everyone between who has helped me, I always leave feeling like I got to see a friend I hadn't seen in awhile. Their selection is always very organized, fresh, sits in a spacious environment, and they are continually getting new product in. They also send me coupons on my phone if I haven't been in for awhile, which is AWESOME and no other place I've been to does. I'll be back soon!

I am retracting my previous review ... it seems as GVW's business grows, we long-time supporters & customers are more & more unappreciated and fall thru the cracks. Three times now I've been told I would be put on the list to be contacted when the product I need comes back into stock ... however, stock has been replenished, yet no call was made to let me know. Anymore, there's a dispensary on just about every street corner in the valley - I dont need this headache to support a business that doesn't seem to care about me as much anymore. This saddens me deeply as I've been a loyal supporter to GVW since they opened! :(
