As a long time medical patient in a state that just turned recreational, I’ve been super anxious to go into a dispensary since the switch. I went in to green labs today because all of my regular dispos seemed to raise their prices dramatically, while green labs still had some good deals. I walked in to about 15-20 people in line and almost turned right back around to walk out, but they took my order as priority since I’m medical! They immediately took me back and had my preorder (from maybe 15 minutes prior) all wrapped up and ready. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you Greenlabs!

The staff - every single one of them from the guards to the budtenders - are awesome. genuinely kind, good people and they all know the products well. Because of them, I'll stay loyal to this dispensary.

The tres leches strain was great but the rum pie was even better ! A little pricey but definitely worth what I paid

Parking is available and for a shop in the city that’s a plus. Everyone from the counter employees to the bud tenders were nice, professional and knowledgeable.

It was my first visit to Greenlabs, very friendly front of the house and my bud tender was great, Got a good deal on Kaviar pre rolls, and also got a lighter, a Kaviar bag and a car to use as a repeat customer. Highly recommend this place. I'll definitely be a return customer

With extremely high staff turnover, especially after the amazing former manager left, the customer experience has taken a downward turn. I came here for years, spending tens of thousands, ordering almost the same thing every time. They got my several hundred dollar order, my regular, wrong the other week by leaving out the equivalent of about $45 of product. I called them and was told they notated it and not to worry; they would take care of it when I came back. They didn’t say to save anything. I came back this week for my regular order, and despite seeing the notation, said there was nothing they could do despite it being their mistake. Customers need to know they are getting what they paid for. It’s not comfortable not knowing what is going to be in the bag and that there is no fair dealing recourse if a mistake is made. I get inventory control, but there are other options. This was disappointing.

Product is soooooo dry, they should be giving it away for free! I know it’s a sale but, wow. I stopped going to green labs a couple months ago even though it’s right around the corner from me and I don’t have a car. But I will happily take a couple of busses to get to Re-Leaf or Culta where the deals are consistently amazing and the product is too.

I always have the best experience at GreenLabs. Hardly ever a wait, the friendliest staff, and always a good selection. Wouldn’t think of going anywhere else

Hands down a pleasant buying experience. I have been here several times. The staff is extremely helpful in finding the right medicine. Overall atmosphere is really cool. The medicine is excellent. The location easy to get in and out of on Eastern avenue. I can’t say enough about the staff and how nice they are.

This place is great! I I really liked the way I that I was treated when I came the first time. I was greeted and assisted immediately when I walked in and the staff were friendly and acknowledged me even though I was mainly working the young white lady. My agent was knowledgeable and recommended a great pre-roll that I really enjoyed. I love the vape pen that I purchased and I will definitely be back to explore their huge selection further.

I was recommended products that actually worked for me. The deals are usually better than most places. The service is quick, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly. I'm always happy when I leave.

i was disappointed that they did not honor the 20% senior discount, that i was quoted on the phone yesterday by one of their employees who i will not name....i specifically called to ask that, and also the availability of a favorite strain, and she told me 20 %. i got there today, parked in their own lot which was great and called for curbside pick-up....however, the very pleasant young lady who came out to the car and helped me, said the senior discount is only 15% and there was nothing she could do. Meanwhile, i traveled way out of my way, and ordered much more than i would have, based on the 20% i was quoted yesterday. i think it should have been honored. That's all i'll say, but i won't be returning. Seems to be okay othewise and the lot is great.
