Greenlight Cape Girardeau

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service I received at your drive thru location on Sunday, August 31st, 2025, at approximately 6:15 PM. The young man who “helped” me was rude, difficult, and even went so far as to laugh sarcastically as I drove away. This is completely unacceptable behavior from an employee representing your business. I want to emphasize that I am a regular customer and frequent here, the drive thru specifically. Last year I spent approximately $5,000 with Greenlight, and this year I expect to spend close to \$3,000. Interactions like the one I experienced tonight are exactly what make me choose to take my business elsewhere. For comparison, when I visit your competitor CODES, I am always treated with respect and kindness—regardless of my mood or the circumstances. That level of professionalism is why I am increasingly inclined to go out of my way to shop there instead. I hope this issue is addressed seriously. No loyal customer should be treated with such disrespect.

Horrible place, I just ordered a 1g preroll and I received a 0.5 ( half gram in a tube that says 1g ) telling everyone not to buy at GreenLight in Cape Girardeau MO.

After I preordered from this location I started to receive spam text messages. If you use this location use a burner number. I received what I ordered and they had a quick drive thru.

Greenlight offers a more laid back and fun experience than other dispensaries. I love stopping by to try something new and chat with the friendly staff. They also remembered my name and favorites, that goes a long way. Ordering online and picking up using the drive through is a breeze and they offer regular deals and discounts. I would recommend this to absolutely anybody and am proud to be a Greenlight Founder’s Club member.

Solid store quality can improve

This is a great place. I've had good experience every time but one, and the manager fixed the issue [and then some], on my word, which caused me to respect that bc I was being honest about the issue.

I have been to every dispensary within an hour drive of myself, and I have to say Greenlight CG is by far my Favorite! Amazing service, awesome people, great atmosphere, not to mention the convenience of the online ordering and drive thru pickup!
