The lines are long most of the times I have been to this location, but I do like the personalized budtender attention. It's nice that they sell smoking accessories too. I'm happy they improved the parking lot!
Drove here specifically to make a large purchase with my credit card. I get everything I need then they tell me when I'm cashing out that they are having issues and cannot accept a card. Why don't you tell people first? Are you afraid people will go somewhere else? He said there is an ATM, no sh#$. I'm not cash advancing a card to pay high prices on crap product.
Walking in near closing hours the place was pretty busy and the staff was extremely friendly. They were very knowledgeable and helped me find everything I need. The place could be a lit a little better to help look at everything but other than that it was an awesome visit.
Every budtender I've ever drawn has been friendly, helpful, and eager. Doesn't have the greatest prices, but if you study the menu you can almost always find something you like at a good value, no matter how much you want to spend.
I've been to this place twice now and both times the staff was amazing, friendly and knowledgeable. Namely one of them turned me on to silicone pipes and I have to tell you Tristan was right. Then when I came back the manager couldn't have been more friendly and accommodating. I will definitely be back.
I think this is a great shop. It is so convenient for me on the way home from work. The glass room is full of awesome glass at a really good price. They have them separated as two shops which is really cool. The staff are all very helpful, always seem happy to be there. They are all so nice I go out of the way to just come to this shop on my days off. I've never had a bad recommendation either which is how I go about it because there are so many different kinds. I like putting it in there hands. Overall, this shop rocks!

I went into this place on 6/21/2015 (Sunday morning). I waited outside for the place to open up. Soon as they opened, I went in and was met by a security guard named "Fletch" that acted like I was having my mugshot taken at a jail booking. I showed my ID, and he asked my to take off my hat. I did, and put it back on. Then he got shitty about it because I didn't turn somewhere to face a camera. Well excuse me, I don't know where all the cameras are in your store, and I've never had to go through this when I came to this store before. Apparently people have to take off their hat and turn their head for the camera. The security guy was extremely rude during the entire process acting like I should have somehow known what they do here. I had muttered "jesus christ" at the end of it, and walked off into the room with all the weed, after he ok'd me. He proceeded to yell at me through the shop "is there a problem sir?" he kept saying. Finally I turned around out of the pot room, went back in the front room where all the glass is at, and asked the girl at the counter for a business card and the name of her manager. I did not speak to the security guard the entire time until I left the store. He proceeded to follow me out, still barking at me wanting to know if there was a problem and said "we can take this outside". As soon as we got outside he started yelling at me with profanity, and told me I'm also tresspassing, and when I pulled out my phone, he claims I'm not allow to record anything (I was standing on the sidewalk outside) He continued to yell and scream at me, accused me of going there just to start a fight (really, I sat there for 15 minutes before you opened, because my intent was to fight with you right?) He told me I'm a pathetic person and that I must be really alone in life, continued to swear at me, which I gladly returned the favor after the way this guy acted. He continued to get in my face, literally a few inches from my face, and threatening to call the police on me. I told him, go ahead, I'll call them for you because I've done nothing wrong, and I voluntarily walked out of the store to begin with because of his constant yelling at me inside and making a scene. Some red head kid came out shortly after and asked what was going on. I clearly told them both that my issue was how rude this security guy was with the process. They claimed it's state law. The security guard kept telling the kid he needed to call the cops. The kid pretty much just sat there seeing how ridiculous he was acting, but never the less, the security guard kept screaming for him to call the cops. I told him I would be posting this on Yelp and other review websites for the way he was treating me. He said "go ahead, cry more about it, plenty of other people do the same thing and guess what we still have business here, you don't matter" The redhead kid pretty much asked me if I wanted him to call the police. I pretty much told him go ahead, I've done nothing wrong here except try to go in your store and spend my money here. Red head kid says "well you're making a scene here and we can't have that". Really? I'm making a scene? I didn't utter a single thing except the words "jesus christ" when I was in your shop. I wasn't rude to anyone, I didn't yell at anyone across the entire store like the security guard kept doing. Then he proceeded to follow me out and verbally abuse me, saying all kinds of inappropriate things, referring to insulting my personal life (this guy doesnt even know me) and yet I'm making a scene? You know... I've been to plenty of shops, I've never had someone line me up, tell me to take off my hat, and turn and face a camera, in the rude manner that this security guard did. I've also never had a security guard flip the hell out like this guy did. Never once in any other shop has this been my experience. State law my ass. This security guard just did not like any attitude what so ever. Well guess what, when you treat people like shit, you can expect someone to not like it. All I said was jesus christ... if that's enough of a reason for this guy to flip his lid in the manner that he did, and verbally abuse a customer over it, then that guy shouldn't be working with people anymore. I will NEVER come back here again after the disgusting behavior and at this point, the way the security guard treated me, I will be filing complaints with the city and appropriate agencies. That guy is abusive and emotionally unstable. Someone needs to lay off the steroids.
don't think about coming here within 30 mins of closing, that is unless you want to be treated rudely. prices are average. lines are always long. can't browse products before hand. some employees are cool but can't speak for all of them!
Competitive prices, great selection, plenty of knowledgeable sales people, what more could you want? I have never had other than a top notch experience here. While everyone I've dealt with has been terrific, Evan B. deserves special mention: friendly, funny guy who knows his bud, oils and probably every other way to move the THC from the plant to your mind. charlie
Awesome first time there, security jae was nice and helpful. Advised me of your 10% off my 5th visit when I came in. Store was packed but the line moved pretty fast. Good selection, I'll be backkkk.
My go to store, Have had nothing but top notch service from my 2 usual tenders, did get someone new at one visit and very disappointed to find out when I got home both strains were wrong and not happy about that, other than that again top notch, and dab master at the register is a stud

I loved going here because it was easily accessible after work. Their policies about identification are ridiculous and very restrictive. I've never been denied for using my drivers license that has an expiration date of military before when I've visited this location on several other occasions until I was denied tonight. It's very upsetting to be denied out of nowhere when I've been coming to this location for months. They lost my business based on their policies that they only pick and choose to enforce.
My favorite cannabis retailer in the greater Seattle area! They always have the brands I prefer in stock, but keep an outstanding selection so there's always something new to try out. The staff goes above and beyond in customer service. If you want quality weed at a great price, Greenside is the place to go.
I went here for the first time today. parking was easy enough. Love that the weed is in the back in a really chill atmosphere. it was very clean and welcoming. My wait in line was short and the staff member that helped me was very fast and knowledgeable about different strains to try for my depression. I will be going back.

This place is literally full of happy people that just wanna get you what you desire. they are all very passionate and know what they are selling! They also greet anyone person that walks through the door like you've known them for years. I have never had any issues with any of the products or customer service. I highly recommend this place if you're looking to get high or just have pain management. Greenside is definitely the place to go when looking for the herb!

the shop is in a great location not to far from the house, staff members are pretty well too. parking lot needs a fix but the service oversees that little problem.
This is an awesome location and I love the people here! They always have so many different strains available which I like trying new products which is good they give everyone a chance and not just have selected brands. I really Marni she is awesome and has great customer service!
i like the location because its close to work and i don't even mind the wait which there is almost always one here. the staff still are cool and helpful with all my needs even in the glass room. i love the selection that is always changing so always stay open to new things here!
Great store! been coming here since the doors opened. Great service all around. Prices are great, selection is out of this world. I would recommend this shop to anyone.
