Greenside is a great place to get weed! From the security at te door, to the register in the back I was met with only smiles! Great weed, great people!
I have been to quite a few stores this one definitely wasn't the prettiest but it was setup the best
So, I went in here because I tend to leave everything at home, this place was close to my destination. I grabbed a preroll and a cheap pipe. Nice people, nice interior, nice security. All the important stuff was awesome! Was in and out rather quickly which was awesome. My only "complaint" if you could even call it that (because seriously is it that big of a deal) Ok rephrase, the only thing that I really noticed that made me go "huh, interesting" was the detached parking lot. Minor detail, no huge deal. I would definitely come in again! Everyone was awesome!
Got helped by the same budtender today (twice), and he was just super slow, showed no motivation in helping me and couldn't care to smile. Plus he was unable to give me what I was asking him for. Even though they had it stocked and on the shelves behind him. So bummed! This place usually has great quick service with friendly budtenders. Walked away with nothing just to hear the door guy say you should smile more... Also, they are not consistent in the products they have along with their pricing. Certain days you can get good deals on 8ths ($25) other days the cheapest they have is $45. Tired of this place The only reason why I added a star was for the budtender manager David that handled my complaint like a pro over the phone. Rumor says there is a new rec store opening up close to them. This might have them brush up on some basic customer service and sales.
Loved this store, I'll definitely be coming back. The staff was very nice and helpful and they had a great selection for me to choose from. Loving the Dutchberry!!
This place is a giant candy place for adults! So much variety and very knowledgeable staff. Sometimes the lines are long but it's worth the wait. Everyone is very helpful and friendly.
Love Greenside and their staff is really cool. Place could use a face lift but other than that I love coming here! Always a big selection. The cashier Dave always is really friendly and persistent when I get checked out.
I've visited Greenside a free times on trips out to the Seattle area and was really impressed by the way the do things. It's really individualized with each station being the same, giving each person an even and personal visit. Big thanks to the short guy Daniel. Super funny and super helpful. Great atmosphere! I have been in this shop several times over the year that I have lived in Washington. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable on the product they sell. The overall atmosphere is awesome: Smiles everywhere, always have good music playing, always clean. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone, no matter the amount of knowledge on marijuana or any of the other stuff they have. I promise, these guys will get you right! The parking lot kinda sucks, but overall a great place!
Greenside is an amazing location with a large variety of products every time I stop by. They are conveniently located near the airport, and have the ability to take card unlike most stores in the area.
I have been shopping at Greenside for several months now. After reading several reviews, I wanted to give one also. This is a good shop and as a newer business in a newer market they are still in the process or growing and adapting. Security at the front door is always kind and friendly. I know they have a job to do especially in that specific location so I don't mind pulling and showing ID. In the back is a series stalls and a huge staff to help what I have seen as a VERY busy place. it does tend to be really loud in there, perhaps some acoustic tiling and or rugs would help. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They listen to what you're looking for or need and make good recommendations. I've been sticker shocked a few times but have either found something less expensive to suit my needs or they have explained it well enough for me to make the purchase. Because it is so busy at times I have felt rushed but I don't feel it was by the person helping me. I wish the selection/display was the same at each station. It's a fine line tor walk... too much product or not enough. I'd like to see them come up with a more clean, less cluttered display that is the same no matter which stall you're at. But that's just my opinion! They carry so many different strains and brands- my favorite strain is often out and different stains can be less money elsewhere but of a different brand so it's hard to know if its a good deal or not. They do take credit cards but with a $3 fee. With that said, I do recommend Greenside. They are a good shop.

Ok! After reading ALL of the reviews about Greenside, I'll give a review that wasn't done by a "5* rated employee" or an overzealous customer expecting to have an experience equivalent to Disneyland. Now, let's start with the security. I honestly have no issue with it, I understand the world we all live in and I'd do the same, if not more, if I ran a store filled with nothing but weed. Every time I've been there, they've all been pretty cool with me. Some guys try to act tough, but it's kind of their job you know. The front end of the store looks like any typical smoke shop, glassware, accessories etc... The back end is the actual dispensary, about 4 display stalls/kiosks and an employee per blah blah blah...For the most part everyone is generally nice but, like any job there are workers that are very knowledgeable and some that aren't. I've never really encountered anyone being rude but I have felt rushed a couple times but never treated with any disrespect. In all honesty I'm not here for them, I'm here to buy something...And I'm an adult that knows how to shop on my own. As for prices, the first few months they had really great deals and lots of selection. But obviously, when businesses grow they run into that whole "supply and demand" dilemma. And learn lessons when they sell "fat" 2g for $15 and some customer(s) comes in and buy large quantities in one instant and nearly wipe out the stock lol. Recently I've seen the prices go up a little, but the product is still good. And look at it this way, you/we are paying for convenience. Instead of having to call and or wait on your "guy", there is a place that provides it nearly 12 hours a day, 7 days a week. And as with most new businesses they need time to grow, these new laws were just recently passed, this shop is still less than a year old, and they will make some mistakes along the way. I think with some time it can and will "grow" into something bigger and better. I still have a few #s in emergency situations, but I do like, and prefer to be able to shop at an actual store that I can see what I'm buying before I buy it.

My first time there was really bad.. Some tall dude with five chains nd a beenie Jonathan was his name gave me a sativa instead of a dominate indica. he tried to sell me something i didnt like nd before i purchased it i complained..clerk was more of a relief
the security is a super awesome guy always greeting friendly. i do think the store needs to be updating on strains more often because right now there is not alot of selection.
Great location right off freeway. Open 7 days a week! Huge/Awesome variety of everything from edibles, flower & concentrates. And they have a free VIP membership that lets you know about specials/sales/deals & 10% off!!! Everybody is so nice, friendly & helpful! My fave place to shop =-) !!!
Greenside rec handles its traffic flow very well. There are lines, but I've always been greeted warmly and excitedly, busy or not! Someone has been cleaning every time I've stopped in, and I truly believe they care that I'm enjoying my purchase. 😊
I honestly felt like the experience could have been better especially it being my first time at this shop. I tried asking questions, when I did ask the clerk who was helping me a question about a strain I was looking for by a company I actually really enjoyed he gave me a one word answer "no" and then proceeded to turn around and ask his co worker "hey what was the company you grew for, for a while the bad company?" After he was clearly trying to make a point that what I was asking for, was clearly not within his realms of quality and proceeded to just push me along to get me out quick. I wasn't happy with this help that I had recoveries and the way the budtender had acted towards me.
this is a great, convenient location for all people especially travelers just getting off the plane, they have a wide variety of flower, edibles, concentrates, tropicals and more. the staff here is super friendly and knowledgeable on a lot of the product and I love getting their recommendations. they never disappoint!

After a couple failed attempts (not Greensides fault), I finally made it Into my very first legal pot shop. I understand the security and don't blame them considering the consequences. There was a line but not too bad. I was greeted like a long-lost friend and there was zero pressure. I explained I hadn't hardly bought pot since the '70's and hadn't a clue what I wanted. By this time the shop was getting pretty busy and I told my new "personal shopper" to go help those behind me so I could browse. A few minutes later, he was back, showing options and explaining differences. I made a comment that I usually smoked gifts of shake and soon learned I could actually buy shake! Cool! Bought some + a Chocolate bar and I was set. Best shake I've ever had! ;) Must admit, the parking needs brighter lighting. Guess I'll come by in the daylight.
