This is probably the best service I've ever had! So I came in the other day and I bought a preroll and unfortunately I got one that was rolled too tight. I came back in and explained and without any hesitation they made it right. The lady had pulled that entire jar of that preroll to assure everyone gets good j's. They replaced the joint that was a dud and they were sooooo nice :) 10/10, this will probably be my main shop because of the great service!

This currently is one of my main dispensaries I go to, and I live in Portland where there's tons. I enjoy coming here because the people are very friendly and knowledgeable. I also like how the pricing on the website is shown after tax, so you know the exact amount of what you need to pay.
The employees are overly friendly and helpful, almost to a fault. I was trying to choose between like 25 different strains (which is great) and I felt a little anxious to hurry up because the guy is over my shoulder the whole time. My ideal atmosphere would be to browse at my own place, and have multiple cashiers and people who i can approach for help if needed.
Dispensary response:
Howdy, Frysauce.
It is unfortunate to hear your experience with us wasn't exactly what you were expecting; we have a smaller lobby and sales floor than some store layouts so each budtender works 1 on 1 with each customer so we have a stable flow of traffic in both the lobby and sales floor. You should never feel pressured your anxious because the goal here it to help you find what you need at your pace and work with you directly to find what you need. There should never be a sense of pressure whilst you're here, and honestly if you want to browse before you work with a budtender and shop you're always welcome to do so.

the staff are extremely friendly, down to earth and give honest opinion. definitely my go-to in Beaverton, or Portland for that matter.
I’ve been coming to Growing ReLeaf for 8 months now. Idk why I never left a review. Maybe laziness. But I absolutely love their shop. The atmosphere, very friendly. Prices, are very affordable. And most of all, their service is top notch. Just wanted to write this review as a thanks for a wonderful 8 months so far!

The staff is very friendly and uber knowledgeable about their product. No question is treated with disdain. Being from out of state it was a great experience and I will visit again when I'm in Beaverton. Thank you to Janet for her outstanding knowledge and courtesy.
This place has amazing people, service and choices !!! Highly recommend it!
Dispensary response:
Thanks so much for your recommendation, Katay06! It means the world to us at our small, locally owned shop! We are looking forward to seeing you at Growing ReLeaf again soon!
