great customer service

the only concern I have is with the preroll filters the filters have too many folds at the center of the filter. Love the products I go here everyday sometimes more than once, I am a regular at this store the staff are friendly and try their best at satisfying their customers. plus it's the closest one to my home. From great deals everyday of the week to awesome deals on weekends and holidays. also don't forget your first time customer deal is a free preroll with a purchase of equal or greater value.... join their email registry and get another free half gram preroll as posted in store upon registry all you have to do is sign up for email and/or text alerts.

As a former employee. It’s always a good time to see some of the homies still working behind the counter. Y’all always keep me stocked up. AJ, David and Ian are probably the top Bud tenders there IMO. Much love. One of the better locations in the valley for sure.

Seems always pricey here. I was checking in and some rude lady jumps up snd interrupts the lady at the counter to check her online order in. I had an online order as well but my account had to be updated. It was kind of rude by the lady and by staff to make me wait further during my turn at check in.

Nice little place, nice people, had what I wanted at a nice discount.

Didn’t get my confrontation email or text that my order was ready I had to call in and check.

I read the reviews on Leafly about this place and was nervous at first. Walked in and was treated very warmly and all of the budtenders were awesome. Have not tried the prerolls which seemed to be everyone’s biggest problem, however the customer service was not a problem at all for me

Horrible service runs specials to get you in the door then say we’re out of that 20 minutes after opening. Better prices all over and great quality as well

This is my goto dispensary! Their selection is immense, hundreds of strains available in every way I could think of. The staff is very nice, quick and accurate. I love how as soon as a register is free, online and patients are taken care of immediately. Very clean store as well. Their prices are great as well, usually within a dollar compared to prices at various dispensaries within a 6 mile radius. I live close so its a win/win for me. There are issues with the whole process involving Leafly. The best is Leafly on the website is rather accurate with the inventory for Harvest Glendale and the orders go thru correctly. I never receive a heads up that its ready. That is where the customer service comes in, they are quick to just fill my order when I walk in. And if they ran out, their knowledgeable staffs suggestions have been spot on. I'd suggest Harvest Glendale over all dispensaries, not just AZ. Peace

Used to get my pre rolls here all the time, but in the last month the overall quality of every flower product has gone down. Ordered a 21% indica pre roll to help with severe insomnia... get home.. pull out the pre roll and it's got 2 different stickers on it with 2 different strain names and THC 15% thc... then check strain info out and it's a flipping sativa. GET BETTER STAFF!!!!!.

Placed a pre-order and upon consultation with 2/12 night Budtender, I left with new and amazing products. She was awesome. Thanks again!

Haven’t been here in a long time long enough to receive my FTP deal tho. But my first bud tender was on bullshit he had a weird vibe was very uninterested about showing me deals and answering questions. Didn’t catch his name but you’ll know if you see him. Cam came through and saved the day pointed me in the right direction with my selection and had good vibes and conversation to go with it. He made a bad experience a good one I HIGHly recommend rolls choice gushers mai tai and modern flower pineapple Fanta

My online order was canceled and phone recording on a loop, so no way to find out WHY? It also took 4+ hours from confirmation to canceled.

Online ordering has been disappointing the past two times. I guess they no longer update you when you're order is ready. It's impossible to get someone to answer the phone. I loved how fast the online order process was, but it's just not the same lately.

I'm a medical patient who has been shopping at this location for years. Since it became legal recreationally they've been promising me I would be priority over recreational customers. The first week was fine, but the last couple visits, I had express orders and was forced to wait in line with everyone else. Making what used to be a quick visit, now an hour long wait for something I pre-ordered. You guys need to get it together and put medical patients first always. Bring back the medical lane and get us out of there sooner. I won't return to this dispensary until they start taking care of medical patients again. I'll use the medical only dispensaries from now on. This place is all about the money now. It's a shame you're losing good customers just to make a quick buck.

Love shopping here. Wish some of the flower prices were little lower tho I do love that there is a point system and I always seem to enjoy my visit with one particular bud tender as he has given me some really good advice on products. Thanks guys !!

So sad to see how recreational use has taken over the dispensaries. Mainly this location has the absolute worst deals. If you were smart, not dumb, you wouldn’t go to a place like this especially if it was bought out by harvest sad sad story bro lol
