The customer service is absolutely awful. My friend spent $400 and they failed to give my friend one of his products and the shift leader RAFAEL said; “What do you want me to do about it? You better smoke one of the 8ths you do have” and hung up the phone! I have never heard anything like it. I was flabbergasted. They don’t care about their customers, they lack respect and professionalism. The store does look nice but their customer service is the amongst the worst I’ve ever experienced.
Never again!!! Put in order online with promo apparently promo online is diffrrent than in store they didn't honor it nor cal me to give me heads up. I'm a vulnerable person so its really pain in ads to have to go to multiple stores because have a heart didnt actually honors the prices online. Lauren and Greg did not honor online order or prices even though it was have heart's mistake even if having system issues its false advertising as my friend at consumer affairs taught me even it wasn't on purpose false advertising is false advertising I order specifically from have a heart because of promos and prices to only learn they fd up and won't honor order after an hour long bus ride and being asthmatic they wouldn't honor so much for have a heart and Lauren was a B again never again and eill be reporting them as im not only consumer to run into this props to dudr checking in hella understanding and sympathetic unlike Greg or Lauren and contacting proper entities its not consumers fault have a heart false advertised and did false pricingimagin if Safeway listed one price/ promo but then chnaged it when you go to pick up order which could cost you extra 25-30 its shameful and appalling. I didn't mess up or make mistake have heart did. They could of called me or told me when i called them those things didnt happen. See pic obviously they could of called me ahead of time but instead confirmed my order. Def will be filing proper claims for false advertising and misleading consumers. Especially in such a crazy time with covid19. Unacceptable by have a heart. Disappointed that cannabis place would put vulnerable patients in more danger by BSing consumers. They is a reason they have so many 1 star reviews. Can't wait to contact my connect at DCA they wouldnt be first club to get dinged for shit like this.

went in the store, chose items i wanted from the wall, added to cart, went to the cashier to cash out only to be told they dont have anything i ordered. very confusing knowing what products the location actually have in stock. they do not sell whats in the cases in the store, might want to order online and just pick up
This is the spot....their hours are dope...the products are superb...the customer service is on point and very knowledgeable...if you haven't slid here....you are missing out!!
Wonderful place, friendly budtenders and excellent service. last time I was there I was very indecisive what I want but they were very kind and patient with me and help me find the right product for me. The reason why I didn't give all five stars across the board is because of the security. The security people are friendly however one particular security guard needs to learn physically back off when people are entering the building. Last time I was there, the security people are friendly but one guy was physically in my personal space the main door being propped open by the heel of my foot because they will not give me a chance to take a couple steps in the store before presenting ID. The store was essentially empty at the time that I went so it wasn't like it wasnt like it was crowd control.
