It was my very first time at any dispensary and JR helped me find what I wanted. Never broke eye contact 😉😂 seriously though great experience all the way around. Can’t wait to come back and try the whole menu ❤️

All of the staff was friendly. Jalal helped me. He was super helpful. It was pretty busy when I visited. There was about a 15 minute wait. The staff was bringing people back at a fast pace. It was just a busy time, I guess.

High selection to choose from very first time to a dispensary. J.R. showed great knowledge at his craft went into details about different strains very polite which strains would be best for migraines if I could give this man 10 stars I would.

I have been to all of the Cincinnati area dispensaries. Have-a-Heart Cincy is by far my favorite. Large open waiting room, open back room with lots of glass display cases. Friendly staff, great selection.

The young lady that served me had No knowledge of the products. I would ask a question and each time she didn't know, saying i think that will work for you. I left with products that was not useful for me. Also the prices there are ridiculous compared to the others. I will only return if the prices come down or the other dispensaries run out of product

This was my first experience at a dispensary and Alex made it a great one. This place was great got to see all product before buying and the prices looked better to me than other menus around town online. Great selection in my opinion but this was my 1st time so i have no comparision. I will be returning as soon as im out.
