This was my first visit to Have a Heart. The staff and the PCA's were very knowledgeable and professional. Christine and Paul took their time with me to make sure I understood the products. They seem to really "Have a Heart". Thank you.

Katherine (C/K) was fantastic. I love the vibe in there. The music is always a plus. Knowledgeable and friendly. Very clean as well!! I can't believe this is the only dispensary that sells Blue Dream! They're out and it's my fav strain for pain and anxiety, but I check in daily with Leafly

Great Staff!! Have a Heart Cincy gets it right across the board. Most obvious to me, was the patient care. Insightful and not pushy. It was a comfortable experience from start to finish. Will be going back often.

You wouldn’t know it by the outside, but this location is top-notch. Great friendly & knowledgeable staff, beautiful showroom w/ display cases. Only downside is no on-site ATM — try to be prepared & bring enough cash until they get their own.
