The staff is unbelievably awesome, I have been in the customer service field for over 15 years and this team at Have a Heart is the best. JR on my last visit recommended a topical product, butterfly effect 4:1 for my knee pain and man oh man has this been a life saver, I can actually sleep at night no pain. Thank you

Have a Heart Cincy is my new favorite dispensary. Not only is their product selection great, but they also offer good prices and excellent service. My only critique is that the inside waiting area could have better social distancing cues in place. Most people waiting were respectful and wore masks, so it wasn’t a big deal when I was there. But, it could still be helpful in the future.

Love the atmosphere when you walk in the door and all the workers are awesome to deal with especially JR and Brooke, both were super knowledgeable and answered all of the questions I had, definitely recommend checking them out.

I liked the Aesthetics of the dispensary. It was clean and I only waited ~8 minutes to go back as a new patient. I believe it was Paul that helped me and he did a good job. The thing is that I wouldn’t go to a dispensary because I want to like the way it looks or because I liked the customer service, I go to a dispensary because I want top notch product. If I go to a dispensary for my medicine I expect the medicine to be right. At around 40$ a tenth there is no reason whatsoever I should be getting stale medicine and that’s exactly what both of the tenths I bought contained. Both strains turned to dust in my grinder. The half of shake I got for 50$ was in better condition. It’s going to take a heck of a special for me to take the risk of spending my money on what could be old stale flower again. My two cents and your mileage may vary.

Everyone is so friendly, and educated on cannabis products. Love coming here!! It's extremely clean, and comfortable.
