Zen Leaf - Cincinnati

Today was my first time in a dispensary. My impression - First, things have advanced, a LOT in medicine. And the knowledge of this staff, (the friendliest people I've ever encountered on a rainy Monday, I might add!), while not being pushy, are equipped to answer any questions you have, and recommend things for your specific issues. I'm a gal that researches, a LOT, before going in. So I kind of knew what I was looking for. My Budtender (who's name is escaping me and his card is in my car - I'm so sorry!) He was awesome. He answered the questions I had, and secured a customer for life.

This place has a great selection for sure, and their prices seem a little better than the other offerings in Cincinnati. The people working there are exceptional. Jalal was super helpful and guided me through my first visit with patience and good advice. He didn’t try to sell me anything I wasn’t asking for, which is always appreciated.

Still a newbie to this and entered with a lot of questions. Brooke helped me find everything I needed and was very knowledgeable about everything in the store. There were a lot of options to choose from and I couldn’t be more grateful for Brooke’s wonderful assistance.

Donovon was very knowledgeable about the products and the state laws. Awesome experiance.

Definitely a nice place. Kachera is super cool and accels exceptionally at what she does, even complimented me on my hoodie ! She made sure I didn’t leave without asking if I was all good or had any questions. Front desk staff was pleasant as well. Great place and better people. They’re completely compassionate towards their customers. Can’t ask for much better IMO. Tip: if you want to keep your meds fresh, pick up some of the Boveda bags they offer. They will keep your flower fresh and keep the smell locked in and protects your trichomes. $2/pc.

The staff is very nice and courteous. Also knowledgeable about the products they sell. I enjoy the whole experience!😀

I came in 30 minutes before close on a Thursday & they were busy, which I expected. Every single person from the door guy, intake and budtender were incredibly nice and welcoming. I suggest filling out paperwork online & researching prior to your trip, as you can't really interact at all with the product. This is completely understandable given the current pandemic. The waiting room was inviting and comfortable. They had music playing & a few tvs with news on. Seats were socially distanced & comfy. Just a good relaxing vibe. There was a big parking lot, easy to find, good location. 10/10 would recommend. I look forward to visiting again! :)

David Fisher is my favorite bud tender. He is so knowledgeable and works hard to make sure I leave with something that fits my needs. I enjoy coming to Have A Heart <3

David was very knowledgeable and helped me with a problem I was having. The atmosphere is inviting the people are friendly.... just all around the best experience I've had at any dispensary.

I came here once and decided I didn't need to go anywhere else in Cincinnati. Every time I've been there the place is nice, clean, well-stocked and the people are mostly very friendly. On my last visit Kristina was awesome, very knowledgeable and friendly/personable. The owners need to install some acoustic panels, at least on the ceiling in the check out area. Often there is music playing which I really like, but with conversation of other customers and budtenders in the checkout area you can't hear a thing anybody says. I constantly have to ask people to speak up or repeat themselves and I'm a relatively young man with decent hearing. A very simple thing could make this place the best in the state.

More pricey than most . Everyone is professional and kind. However, the online ordering didn’t work and a strain that was labeled an indica was actually a sativa . The process they have for picks ups are not efficient and the people at the front desk do not communicate Well with the people in the back. I probably won’t visit this place again unless it’s out of necessity

The staff was super friendly and willing to take time to make sure all the products from my online order were correct. CiCi was great with fixing the mix up between a shatter and batter that I ordered. I will be back for sure!

J.R knows his s**t... the flower (euphoria)that he recommended is so far my fave. After visiting other dispensaries in Ohio I have to say that this one is my absolute favorite. The customer service from the entire staff is always superb. The lobby is always clean and comfortable. Excellent products, with a huge variety!
