Amazing service and deals. Always my main dispensary
I absolutely love Herbiculture and its excellent staff! Often, Mike helps me when I’m there, and I’m always grateful for his expert help. Today, Sarah helped me, and it was one of my best dispensary-related experiences ever! Sarah patiently advised me re: the terpene profiles of the medicines that I bought, and she gave me other very helpful information - I very much appreciated her expertise and patience.

This is one of the worst dispensaries I have been to. It’s just boring. It feels like going to the dentist, not to mention the absolutely absurd wait times. Why does a patient who ordered ahead online and got confirmation hours before have to wait in queue behind full service patients? Have a dedicated to-go option ffs. The system is awful. It would be fine if the queue was quick but 25 MINUTES for only 2 of 6 people in queue to be helped? All the while the man at the desk is just sitting there with zero intent on helping patients get their medicine and get out. Yes there is a need for budtenders who listen and care and want to help, but there is also a large audience that just wants to get their medicine and get on with their day without sitting in a waiting room for an hour.

Hi there. We are very sorry about your negative experience. Patients who ordered ahead of time, are processed via a separate queue. However, we have to process preorder patients in the order they arrive. When several preorder patients come at once, we do tend to get backed up due to the small size of our dispensary. We understand this and have now begun construction to expand our dispensary and help alleviate this wait time issue. We are confident once we finish, we will be able to process more patients at the same time and thereby significantly reduce wait times. For the time being, to avoid waiting in line, check out our free delivery option for qualifying orders, available via our website. Regarding the receptionist—this is completely unacceptable; we will speak with him and the rest of staff and provide additional training. We want all those who enter our facility to feel comfortable and be treated like family. Clearly, this did not happen with you, and that’s unacceptable—we will make this right. We hope you give us another chance to help you!

Everything They Are My Family
I remember Mike from my day 1 visit at Herbiculture. He is kind, understanding and knowledgeable. Even if is not helping me at a given day, he will always say hi to me!
ps, their prices are also very competitive and the experience is very easy and comfortable
The staff is very helpful and friendly. The bus tenders always take time to explain what’s available and could work best for me and my complicated pain depending on my symptoms that day.

Great selection of concentrates, from a variety of manufacturers. Flower was even more to choose from. Craig provided top quality and knowledge of the entire catalog of choices. Definitely will be back
My favorite dispensary near me. They have great deals, good selection, and quality staff. Mike is very knowledgeable and answers all my questions whenever he is my budtender. Last time I was there Arianna and Chelsea helped me a lot with payment and points questions. Love this place and the kind people that work there.
This is my go to dispensary. I love the budtenders there, they are always ready to answer any question of mine and as bust as they get I dont ever feel rushed. I've had a few people help me, Isaiah, Rosetta, Mike...just to name a few. I love this dispensary and all who work there. They are my bud family!

I had an amazing experience with Victoria. It was my first time working with her and she actually knows what she is talking about. I placed an order and the person on the phone recommended something that was totally wrong for me, but thank God for Victoria! She recommended some great flower that actually helped. Only one in that place that I trust

Mike was very accommodating as there was a line, but he allowed me to add to my preorder, which is not usually allowed when it gets busy, so I was very appreciative. They have some of the nicest products I've seen from local dispensaries. All of them have been good, but this dispensary tends to have items you don't see in others.
Mike was a great budtender and the shop is Quick and efficient
Everyone that works here is very friendly and helpful, especially Mike. He always has a great attitude and is super knowledgeable about the product. Thanks for making this an enjoyable experience!
How do you have a Gelato sale and not have any Gelato THC flower? Very silly.
Mannnn listen you know your budtender knows you too well when you can say "I am undecided (b/t 3 strains), I am going to turn around drop what you think is best for me in the bag & cash me out." You get home, taste that strain, feel relief & IT'S A WINNER!! Thanks RaShayne (I'm sure I spelled that all wrong)...

I really appreciate how Herbiculture puts out their deals of the day/week on a weekly basis ahead of time. Every other dispensary only tells you the morning of, which makes planning out your days a lot trickier. Thank you too for all your help during Covid-19 🙂
