Herbn Elements – Lake City, Seattle

First time buying in Seattle and the budtender as well as the door person were both fantastic.

Such a nice place, seriously. Everyone I've spoken with has been beyond helpful.... they know their stuff! Service is almost instant. My go to location, I love it.

Absolutely love coming here. I always feel welcomed and comfortable. Bud tenders are always happy to give me suggestions which makes the atmosphere great. I'll keep coming back.

I know most of the people who work here and I love all of them <3 Don't ever stop carrying Hindu Kush from puffin. People love it. ;-)

Visited this place while I was on the west side as they had some strains I haven't been able to find east of the mountains for awhile. Anyway, super clean store, really friendly helpful staff and reasonable prices. Everything I bought was really good quality. Would recommend and visit again.

I've been coming here for almost a year and I have enjoyed everything about it. I have not seen a single store in North Seattle with as much potent bud (and other products) as Herbn. Their prices are fair and their TV menus are well organized and easy to navigate. The staff are cordial and knowledgeable without overselling or being overbearing. Extroverts and introverts alike will find comfort here. This will remain a favorite store of mine

Stopped by because these guys had Space Queen, a strain which I've been tracking down for a few weeks now. I knew what I wanted, but still browsed a bit. Glad I did, because their product displays are beautiful (something I really appreciate in a rec-shop). These guys are keeping it classy and elevating the conversation about cannabis!

I have been coming to this place as it is close to home, but the last two times I had issues with the staff. Do you purposefully hire poorly educated staff? I asked for 7 grams of a product, but was told they didn't have it. I asked if I could by 2 eighths instead, thinking it was a no brainer. the last time, I came in, I asked again for 7 grams, the lady searched the board and turned to me and said they didn't have 7 grams to sell (even though 3.5 gram packages were on the board). I looked at her dumbfounded, laughed and left the store. There are other dispensaries around, I will not be back.

obnoxious sales people who acted like we were wasting their time. A joint I bought from this place fell apart before we could use it and the people I talked to when I called in said there was nothing they could do. So, thinking the conversion was over I hung up. About 5 minutes later I received a call from Herbn, and it was the same guy calling to lecture me about not hanging up on people... very immature and unprofessional. Sorry to have hurt your feelings sir. Try not to harass customers next time. There are a ton of weed stores around Herb n Elements and I'll just go to those from now on.

I like how the prices include the tax, price you see is price you pay. Staff is cool, knowledgeable and friendly. Good selection at a fair price.

The building itself is very nice inside. They have very visible menus on all the walls, extremely helpful staff, and a very nice selection. I'll definitely be back.

I have been to Herb(n) Elements on several occasions and it clearly is one of the best recreational cannabis stores in the area. Herb(n) Elements gets many new products in faster than the competition and their daily sales can't be beat. Last but not the least, I wanted to give a shout out to Erin the budtender for always providing stellar customer service and for going the extra mile especially today. She knows her stuff and is the best. Whether you're a local or an out-of-town or out-of-state visitor, you won't regret visiting Herb(n) Elements.

I love this store for its decently priced dabs(also like how the containers is either lined with silicone or is full silicone) & the staff is very friendly, kind and helpful. Make sure to find the iPad and sign up for the rewards program before you leave

I made the mistake of not reviewing the Dispensary notes when reviewing the menu here and trying to buy some RSO when it was not even that. The Bud Tender looked rather confused (okay didn't understand what I was asking for) so we had to talk to her coworker who was able to quickly tell me that they don't carry any Tankers in RSO. Only Cartridges and what I was looking for wasn't RSO. Tiz a shame their ATM allows you to withdraw 300$ at a time. I just didn't spend it there.

Great staff and great selections, Priced right, clean store with easy to navigate menu... can't go wrong, my go to hook up in Seattle

I've been here a few times, and each time I've gotten nothing but exceptional service. I always look forward to going here because everyone I've interacted with so far has been very friendly. The prices aren't the best but the staff makes up for it. I'm really glad my friend recommended Herb(n) to me and I'm going to continue to go here.

Friendly, clean, organized, and professional shop. Luke helps me find just the right strain every time, his knowledge of what's good and in stock is on point.

This shop has a very wide range of options (greens, concentrates, edibles, etc.) that was also well balanced; many shops seem to be heavy on the edibles, light on the greens and concentrates, which was definitely not the case here. Very good selection of greens, and very friendly, helpful customer service. I felt very comfortable and did not feel like I needed to hurry at all! Nice facility, clean and modern. Prices are decent, not outside of the regular range. Unlike other shops (whom shall not be named) the bud I got was fresh, moist and smoked very well! Excited to see this place grow, as it it is likely to be one of the higher shops rankings of recreational marijuana!

vuber battery & 1 blackberry kush 0.5g cartridge, 1g of remedy for my lady. eighth of trash (26%!). 20mg indica patch & a 20mg 1:1 cbd for her. All for about $140. money well spent.
