High Profile - Ironwood

Was that high profile twice on Saturday? The first time when they opened we were first in line. Took him a half hour to get my order ready. The second time we arrived at 10:50 we didn't get out of there until after 2! The people who work there are very kind and gracious and apologetic, but there's no way we should have been there more than 3 hours. A new cannabis dispensary just opened up a couple blocks away. Maybe next time we skip high profile and go to the fire station! Along with rize and higher love. Not sure I'd shop here again with all the other options available.

Probably the worse weed I’ve ever bought. I travel for work so I get to indulge in a lot of different dispensaries. For around the same price I have gotten way better quality of weed. The weed is brown/black, brittle, and dry. This shouldn’t be sold. Not to mention, I had wait almost 40-50 minutes to even receive my online order that I placed the night before. It should never take that long. The only good thing I can say is the employees were nice but I would recommend going elsewhere in Ironwood.

Great Place to buy the weeds!! Love it all , clean well organized, and the staff seemed to be having a blast !! Very good prices! I will be going back!

Deals are good the weed is the quality you would expect for the price. The big issue is the service, the drive thru is a mess and takes longer than going inside. They skip cars to help people they know, which makes the whole process take even longer, and they never have ordered prepared beforehand. The issue is obviously either incompetence or poor training. If they can get organized, they are worth going to. Until then the drive in dispensary down the road is worth the slight price increase for better quality and look less poor service

Management is not working. Instead of being supportive and building the team up they are off on the weekends and allow illegal practices to take place.

New establishment in Ironwood so I expected it to be disorganized and slow which it was but that was understandable and staff were sympathetic. I was disappointed with the prices in comparison to other dispensaries in the area it was expensive and Ironwood is more expensive overall to other cities in the UP. Selection was good and well displayed in the store. If the prices lower, I can see going there on a regular basis.
