My favorite Eastside budtenders! Great product selection, good prices, and excellent, helpful staff. These folks are genuinely interested in helping you connect with the right cannabis for your specific needs or requirements. I bring cookies from Costco sometimes, when I stop by. ☺

Now that i feel like a regular customer, I enjoy the awesome security dude at the door. Always smiling, you know he wants to be a good rep of your boutique. Much more than just a “neighborhood joint”...

Here's the thing- I absolutely hate shops that have a gated line (like at the airport). I see why they do, it's s big shop, but I always feel rushed and it's usually super crowded. Also, like many shops on the eastside, it's over-priced. The only times I go here is when I'm in a rush and it's convenient.

Great selection, consistent quality, reasonable prices, knowledgeable staff. They are big, and it's regularly busy (generally making me want to get in and out of there), but I haven't felt rushed through if I have questions about something I haven't tried before. After some extremely poor service nearby, this has become my go to spot in Kirkland.

Very knowledgeable employees who always take the time to make sure customers feel welcomed and listened to! I always get amazing advice and deals for whatever I’m in the mood for!

I just visited today and I was so impressed with the customer service and the Budtender was so helpful! Got me everything I needed for specific things and the prices were super reasonable. Will definitely visit again!

My wife and I's go to spot in Kirkland. Good selection of different growers and reasonable prices for the eastside.

This place felt like an Ikea, everything very pricey and there's no price on anything they have to scan each individual item to find the price. Not a fan.

The people were nice enough here but for whatever reason the prices are higher than the Bellevue Higher Leaf. For the exact same product I paid $10 more. No thanks.

Would not redeem stamp card, yes the stamp was not fully pressed down but it was pretty obvious the card had been stamped. Not only that, but I am a regular customer who has probably redeemed 2 dozen stamp cards or more in the last 8 months. Will not ever come back due to how I was treated. Hope the $15 was worth the loss of thousands in future business and referrals!!

I LOVE this shop! This is my main shop and I go out of my way to get there, I love it that much! The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and fast!

The staff is very friendly as many have noted. It is clean, large and well run. It is a bit spendy compared to places all over Puget Sound. The deals are very average. the weed is good, often very good, but there is nothing here that has be really impressive to me in over 12 visits. I also bought some bud from WALDEN (Granny Derkle) that was billed as 3.5 grams. I measured at home on an excellent scale and it was 2.76...that is a rip-off....really disappointing. Don't know if that is Walden's responsibility or HL's but it sucks either way.

I love this store! The outside doesn't look like much but the inside!! Oh my! Just beautiful, spacious and well appointed. The staff is awesome! I joined the Frequent Flyer club (20% off the 5th visit)...and the products are wonderful!

This place is good if you have tons of money to spend on premium - expensive weed- but if you're like me, and looking for quality at a cheap rate I'd avoid this place. These days in many shops you can get quality buds for cheap, but all the discount strains I've tried here have been really terrible. That said, if you don't mind the price they have good service and ok selection, but if you're looking for a good deal on something you can actually smoke I'd look elsewhere. (Here's to hoping you guys get some good cheap bud soon!).

The quality was decent and the selection was large, but the prices were insane. The prices on concentrates per gram were literally double what I generally pay elsewhere. I got three strains, two of which were good (the Frost Giant was excellent - top notch) but the third had obviously been sitting around for a while and turned to dust when I ground it and had lost a fair amount of it's potency. The door staff was courteous and even though there was a large line I was in and out quickly with no hassle. Very efficient... having 4 tenders working the counter helped too. The storefront was clean and organized, but nothing special.

Since moving to the Washington this has been the best experience I've had. They have great deals on ounces of flour and the people have been extremely nice. This will become my regular place for flour and wax! My only complaint is the price on the cartridges.
