I am amazed by the customer service, quality of products and the zen atmosphere! I had an issue with my order and boy, they were hot on it and were amazingly flexible and just oustanding!!!

It was an amazing experience going my first time, Jack was super nice and provided great service. I will definitely be coming back soon.

Thomas was amazing with my curbside order (and so was everyone else helping others). Staff is exceptional, you won’t be disappointed in the product. Highly recommended!

Maybe have a some signs up for the people standing in line trying to get there online order as a lot of people were confused about having to receive a text first saying that the order was complete other than this overall pretty satisfactory

Ordered online with Leafly, very simple order and got the notification to pick it up TEN MINUTES LATER!!! WOW no wait no trouble. Online chat option, the entrance for pick up is in the front but you have to take the ramp all the way around starting at the back parking lot, that's the only confusing part but once you know, it's simple. I wasn't prepared to pick it up so fast. Literally if I had ordered and then drove down there, my order would have been ready by the time I got there. They were waiting on ME to arrive. This place just keeps getting better and better.

Short staffed , so the workers were busting ass hard. Long wait for on line. Broken registers. Slowed day down

Early am was packed. I used the express lane so I did not have to wait. New business In town they were just learning there building. Great people. To get picky I’m not fond of having to stand outside facing the highway to pick up a order. A little more private would be great

This was my 2nd time here... 1st time using the pre-order pick up and it was fast and easy!! It took about half an hour after I ordered that I received message that it was ready for pick up!! ❤️ I was very impressed with the bud tenders attention and how they were in no hurry.... they listen to me and answer my questions about products!!

They do not have it together. Wait is long no matter the method used to get it. express pickup is not express and if it's raining you better have an umbrella.
