The Kushery - Clearview

This was my first dispensary visit, EVER! I chose this place because at the time it was the closest one to my home in Sultan. The first one I went to was closed. Good thing for The Kushery. I spent quite a bit of money that night. I didn't know what to expect being a first time visitor. They were very nice and super knowledgeable too! . Yes, parking does suck for us disabled people but the service and attention more than make up for it. They had a great selection too! We couldn't find them right away, so I called. The guy that answered the phone, (I forgot his name) directed us right to the door!! We were right across from, and kitty corner from them. How embarrassing!! But, it was dark, in my defense!!! Outside of the THC and CBD numbers, I wanted something to do what it was supposed to do. I mean what the heck is pot smoked for anyway?????. I am a pain patient but, if I am stoned enough, I don't care if I am in pain, right??? The budtender liked my philosophy.. This has worked for me.. They had a really great Granddaddy purple. I felt very taken care of at The Kushery. They don't make you feel like an idiot for asking questions!! The Kushery will for sure get my repeat business!! There are a lot of dispensaries vying for our hard earned dollars out there but I truly like this place... They had a shop dog too, which is a huge plus because I love animals!! Warm and friendly budtenders, good herbs and very pleasant atmosphere. Gone are the days of sitting in a living room and buying from friends. But, these guys (and girls too) could very well, turn out to be friends. In addition two more comments, I had emailed a place through Leafly and they NEVER responded to my delivery request. Bad for business and reputation guys! And you know who you are!! I wish The Kushery delivered!! Even though they don't, I will make the effort Everytime I can, to go see them! Second, there is a new dispensary east of Sultan. I decided to try it once instead of going the extra miles to The Kushery! But, this place was close. So, I digress. I visited it once and this was to be the first and last time. The female budtender was rude and acted like she knew everything there was about buds. I am not an expert, but I knew what I wanted. I have been smoking herbs longer than she was old. Not good to treat your customers like that, honey.. She lost a what would have been a good customer..

Over priced decent products. Mostly consumables with a small selection of paraphernalia. Employees are very laid back and have good vibes. I was surprised to see a dog roaming behind the counter, it’s unprofessional. Parking lot is confusing and it’s a unpaved hike to the door. The building is old and I could smell it more so than the product. Nicely lit inside. Good tunes playing. Over all, no. I don’t recommend. I would dislike returning.

WQC is the fifth medical dispensary I've tried over the years. My first impressions are very good. I stopped by last weekend to fill out membership forms and provide my ID and my Dr.'s recommendation form. I told them I'd be back the following weekend, so no rush on confirming with my doctor, but they called the next morning to let me know they'd confirmed with my doctor. They keep their menu current here on Leafly, so I was able to take my time reading about the strains they have in stock, then I called in ahead with my order to save time. (I prefer to pick up instead of using delivery.) When I arrived less than an hour later, they had my order ready to go, offered me a tour of the place (which has a nice, comfortable atmosphere), and offered me some freebies and deals for first timers. Several people were on staff at the time, and all were very friendly and welcoming. They had answers to all of my questions, good suggestions, and were clearly more focused on helping me save money, instead of trying to get me to spend more. They're also very on top of staying within the law, and helping members make sure they stay within the law too (they're even aware of the brand new, poorly publicized "open container" law that just went into effect in WA state, so they stapled my bag closed for me, and reminded me to toss it in the trunk as the new law requires. They're much closer to my home than my previous dispensary, and their prices are very competitive, especially with the daily deals. Good job guys. I'll be back. I hope you're part of the lottery for licenses to stick around after the changes next July!

On POINT! One of the largest selections around! They have started offering online ordering which has been GREAT. They are working out the kinks and have a great staff, great vibe and sometimes even have dogs in there to visit with! Overall 5 stars!
