I always come to the shop. The manager Arem is usually the one that helps me. Today I went in and sadly he wasn’t there. A girl named Areli was super rude. I was asking her to show me multiple strands since I did not like what she was showing me. This girl decided to start laughing at me and gossiping in a quiet voice with her coworkers about me because I was asking to see different buds. Finally I decided I should just leave . And as I walked away this girls started to call me terrible names. And didn’t care if I reported her. Had to walk out empty handed. Terrible service.

My first visit was yesterday and I was impressed. The lobby was nice, clean and spacious and the workers were welcoming at first encounter. When I went to the back, Katherine, my bud tender was super nice and very knowledgeable about the product. She was great in helping me make a decision on my purchases and I love everything that I bought! I’ll def be back!

Absolute terrible service EVERYTIME I come here it does not matter if you order online or walk-in you are going to wait for a significant amount of time. Dear management you are making enough money now hire more tenders and competent receptionist

I liked that I'm able to order online and pick up. They had the product I wanted. Service was fast and professional. I like the choice of shopping and ordering online. Handrails needed to access steps! Don't remember using any, just my cane!
