I went here after looking at their web site & was drawn by their focus on organic practices and that they grew most of the flowers they sell, all but 2. They show test results for pesticides and other factors besides % of THC. I felt very comfortable looking through most of the products and asking questions. I would rate this at the top of the list for quality flowers. I bought some of their Gorilla Glue & am a satisfied customer & will be back!

I have frequented many shops in Oregon by far this is the best super friendly atmosphere most knowledgeable of all their products since my first trip there it is the only store in Oregon that I go to now unless I'm Way too far away like the coast my roofing partner and i absolutely love to service the product the quality they have guaranteed repeat business from us

This is literally my neighborhood herb shop. I live walking distance and I couldn't be happier about it. The building is an old house with a comfy atmosphere, soft lighting and beautiful vintage furniture. Once you check in, you will be promptly greeted by your budtender, who is always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The buds are always fresh and strong, and they come in a container that makes a satisfying "pop!" when you open it. The only criticism that I can think of (which another review mentioned) is that the front steps might be a problem for people with disabilities. Overall though 10/10! Would smoke again.

Nice homey spot. Some great flower, but some is hit & miss. Prices are not great. There's better places (& worse ones, too).

Obscenely cute, if every establishment was like this, we'd be living in Hyrule and everyone would be in tune and no one alone. The stuff is sustainable, grown in house. Exceptional and the person helping the recreational users is couldn't be more helpful, capable of helping get something close to what you're hoping to experience and shares you're curiosity. The price for the potency is a good deal, and the entire selection is top shelf. 10 a g.

First of all, this place is in the cutest house ever! The waiting room is so homey and comfy. Great customer service, the first time my fiancee and I went there we were seen right away. We loved the Gorilla Glue and Super lemon haze flowers. Great quality!! The last time we went, we got some more Gorilla Glue and some AMAZING Strawberry Cough and we got a free grinder as well. The staff at this place are very well educated and the selection is amazing!

Meh. tried to sell me on a "special blend". Also, grams were strangely pre packed, not what I'm used to, tender turns around and states, "oh you are getting a really heavy one" while checking weight with his back to me. Everything was fine when I got it home, but it is just not the experience I am looking for with so many other great shops around. Also, I asked for his list of pure sativas, I was then told about a few hybrids, I asked, "isn't that a hybrid?" then tender actually started showing me sativas. Meh.

This is a great shop with really friendly people. Only a little hard to find the first time, but it is worth it.

I stopped by today and will definitely be back. The atmosphere is nice and relaxing. Having two separate rooms for OMMP and recreational is very nice. My only problem was that on leafy they state you get a free pre-roll for first-time customers. That however is not true. If if they advertise that they should provide it or at least not act like you're crazy when you ask:)

Of all the dispensaries I've ever been to (spanning 3 states), this has the absolute most amazing, relaxing, and positive atmosphere! It's hard to say enough good things about HGA. Randa is so nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. Their flowers are organic, and they offer several home-made edibles. They ever have many non-Cannabis herbs for sale. Their deals on 4/20 weekend were outstanding and featured several very quality flowers. From the outside appearance, to the music, to the laid-back atmosphere inside... it's literally the perfect feel for this type of business. I absolutely love it and cannot wait to go back. The only drawback to my visit was that they were shy of high CBD products, which are what I require most. But I was informed that within the next few months they will be offering flowers for my needs. Please support this most unique and invaluable Cannabis dispensary. The city of Portland needs more like it!

Wow! It's about time something unique & different came along in the world of dispensaries. This place actually has other herbal remedies other than just ganja. Though their ganja is of absolute primo quality, it's nice to see some other alternative medicines & health care among the stoner filled world of dispensaries. It seems like they actually care about other peoples well being instead of the "I can make butt loads of money" dispensary owner bandwagon. The outside of the building looks so cool! You know you've seen it driving west on 84, or when you cross over 84 on 20th. If you haven't noticed yet, pay attention! It's pink, it's got green steps, & green trim, a beautiful plant mural on the side, and the place just looks down right sexy! Once you step inside, it's like an old school apothecary. Nice, antique furnishings with tons of class. The cash register is so cool! The people are beyond friendly,and as I said before, the herbs is FANTASTIC! I say kudos to these people! I think they're really on to something. Stop in and get a taste of what medicine was like before big pharmaceutical companies came along and robbed us all!

I love this place from the inside out. the decor is amazing, homey, welcoming. staff is always nice and wanting to help. you can pre order for quick pick up, which makes the whole process such a breeze. Will definitely continue to visit HGA, if anything to be inspired by their beautiful space.

I live in the nearby neighborhood, Homegrown Apothecary within walking distance of my house. Wheel chair accessible! Purchased two Co2 pyrex/wickless cartridges, excellent product that I was highly satisfied with. Very friendly enviroment, and home like feel but fairly cramped in the back room.

Wow. This place is fantastic!! Flowers are great, limited but high quality selection (I would love to see some CBD specific strains in the future). The shop is quite small but still welcoming, and they utilize the space well. Excellent service, I really felt the focus on holistic, whole body treatment. Rhonda was super professional and kind. One of my favorite shops, bud tenders are knowledgeable and like willing to work with you and talk and not just take your money. Plus they take time to learn your name, and they're just the best. Plus it's in this old house which is beautiful and cozy and chill.

This location is everything you expect from it's charming exterior. The senses are welcomed in with aromatherapy and a calming welcoming atmosphere. Women owned, charming, cozy and very informed staff. Adam was patient and helpful with everyone. Not just a medicinial marijuana dispensary, but a true apothecary. A wonderful addition to the community.

What a delightful little shop! We stopped in while out running errands and were pleasantly surprised at the atmosphere. Reminded me of an old time herb shop. Randa was as delightful as she was helpful. She didn't have the CBD gel caps we are always looking for, but did have a very nice selection of everything else. Well worth the stop and we will stop in the next time we are in the area even if we don't really need anything.

This place is great. Strains are delicious and quality grown, and the people who work here are friendly, erudite guides. Favorites so far have been sour diesel and strawberry cough.

We went in for edibles and were pleased to find a nice selection and also some very nice looking Strawberry Cough. I appreciate the care the proprietor takes with everything, including the organic isopropyl in the Rick Simpson oil. Obviously it will cost more, but geez shouldn't it always be that way ? We'll be back . Lovely shop.
