This was upsetting. Tried for the first time on Monday. Ordered at 10am, it didn't show up until 6pm. I wasn't upset, I was testing the response time. Today, I ordered about 2:30, knowing it takes hours and went to a Dr appointment. By the time I was halfway there, they told me they would be there in 30 minutes. So I couldn't get my order I can wait five hours, or I can wait one hour, but somebody needs to pick a sustainable window. This ain't cable television. I'm not sitting home with a four hour window wondering when and if they are coming....

House of dank in Grand Rapids is one of the best dispensaries I've been to
I sure miss the 80's and 90's for Bud.But HOD IS A GOOD STORE WITH GOOD SERVICE. Huge selection of products, friendly service.
Every time I shop here I get the same bud tender he always has a way of screwing me out of "happy hour discount".....always

Ordered online at 4:30pm when their delivery window closes at 7pm. Called the location at 6:40pm to see if my order was still going to be delivered and I was assured that it would arrive on time. Waited ANOTHER 45 Minutes just to find out that my order had been cancelled with no notification. When I called they just told me all of their drivers were already out so I was out of luck. Waited 3 hours and spent 20 minutes on the phone to be told to screw myself. Thanks.

They have a larger selection of products than any other dispensary I've been to, however, they're also the only dispensary I've been to that doesn't give a discount for having a medical card, so I probably won't be back unless they have a product I can't get anywhere else. The process of selecting what you want to buy is somewhat cumbersome, but I'm sure it was designed this way for security. First you talk to someone that basically puts your order into an ipad and then someone behind some locked glass grabs the stuff you want and gives it to someone working a register. So it takes three employees to get your order ready, four if you count the person at the door. I've never seen any other dispensary do it this way and it felt like it at least doubled the amount of time it takes to get your order ready.
