I ordered a certain flower, and come to find out it wasn’t even in the store anymore! So they replaced it with a more expensive flower, I didn’t ask for! And they didn’t even call to tell me my price changed or anything. And when the manager called she didn’t do a DAMN THING for their mistake! I should’ve changed shops! I won’t be ordering here no more!

I tried to place an order for delivery 45 minutes after it was confirmed I got a chat notification telling me they tried to call me, they didn't. Then telling me they were out of the strain I ordered but had two other strains. I asked for 4 1/8 of one and 4 1/8 of the other only to have them message me again and tell me they were out of one of those strains then when I said I felt like at this point I should get a discount or something because this is just utterly ridiculous I get a call 20 minutes later telling me they have another strain. I say fine then as I'm trying to ask how long delivery would be she hung up on me and when I called back I got no answer. Another fifteen minutes later I get a message telling me once they pick the order it could be 1-4 hours then I leave to go to the store and get a text that their en route 10 minutes away I text back that I just left but my boyfriend is there he texts me back and says sorry can't deliver you have to be there. I am so turned off by this experience. I usually don't say anything but this was just outrageous
