Gr8 products and good staff, however maybe I’m spoiled by BIG city pricing. But with out any local competition they are free to corner the market and charge any thing they’d like. Over all good service but you sure pay for it.

I love the online ordering, I can take my time and research the products before purchasing which is a big thing for me because I like to know the background information of products before trying them out. The Communications Manager, Steve is solid at his position, we spoke a few times and he personally handles discrepancies brought to his attention.

The staff is quick to help with any questions that I have. Even helped me find a cartridge that settles well with my stomach. Even during this pandemic they have gone above and beyond to accommodate my needs.

For being the only decent dispensary within a hundred or so miles product and product prices could be brought down or better deals available. I honestly try not to buy product here and when I have time I will pay the extra $50 for gas to drive elsewhere for other for a different variety and better quality concentrates besides the same product every day like venom extract or SnD. Flower wise I'm disappointed in quality due to harshness as if the weed wasn't stored properly, not fresh, too dried out. Also, what is the point of having an online menu when it isnt correct 99% of the time and RARELY updated. When I do go I can never rely on menu to preshop because what's on the menu and in store dont match. Granted it's the only one in town but when I can get 7g of concentrate for 100 ranging from shatter to sauce, mid and top shelf ounces of flower starting at 100 instead of almost $20 for a gram of so called top tier flower and almost $40 for 1/2 to 1g for concentrate. it's worth the few extra dollars and time for trip or have it delivered. So yes I will shop here again because its convenient and that is what I tell others when they ask.

Great selection of Concentrate definitely helps after a long day of work out in the sun.

This is definitely a go too if u live in Yuma. They have quality buds and concentrates. I LOVE THE ARIZONA NECTAR FARMS. It’s a must try! The bud tenders are actual smokers so they know the products. High-my recommend

Well it’s the only place in Yuma, but they always have good music. Men are more knowledgeable then the women there. More of them are OGs. But it’s friendly and great place.

I placed my first order on line was easy to understand and navigate. got a call fast after placing order to setup my pickup time. when I arrived the customer service was fast and on point

I picked up some Peach Koolato as well as the Granny Mac. A little pricey but damn good flower. Both taste great and have nice, potent highs. Granny Mac makes ya floaty as hell. Thank you guys! Stay safe!

I’ve been coming here for 3 years now and I can say that I’ve seen nothing but improvement over the past year or two. I absolutely love the staff. Steve is awesome. I’m a flower girl so I can only attest to seeing the improvements and additions concerning other products. The quantity of different flower strains available has increased, which is fantastic for those who like to switch it up and try the different strains. The quality of flower varied for a while but my last few trips have been nothing but great quality. I enjoy seeing the lower priced strains. In the past it was more beneficial for me to make a trip to Phoenix to stock up but now that’s not the case. I really enjoy seeing the physical changes being made to the dispensary. The privacy is appreciated. The atmosphere of the show room is turning out great. I liked seeing the flower on display; however, I would have liked to have been able to lift the lid and smell the product. The waiting room still needs improvement in my opinion. It’s too dark. If lighting is a problem then style the room accordingly. Hippie or Zen it out to make it more welcoming. String lights along the walls and rafters. Here are a few things that I would personally like to see change. All suggestions are based on my personal experiences and preferences. I frequent several different dispensaries and I’m always trying new ones, because who doesn’t like first time patient specials or frequent flyer specials? - Cushion the benches! Comfortable seating is important for a lot of your patients. - Become more media friendly. Post updates on FB if you are allowed. Send out daily emails or texts to advertise your specials. - Offer more deals like BOGOs, bulk deals and frequency specials. Create a rewards system for your loyal repeats. - Now that you’re checking people in up front, have your bud tender come get us by first name, and only first name. Patients shouldn’t have to keep track of who is next and privacy is important in smaller towns like Yuma. - Continue staff training and education on your products. As medical marijuana becomes more accepted and used, you see more and more first time patients that need guidance and assistance in determining what product is going to meet their needs. Keep up the great work!
