Great place, nice selection. Only thing that concerned me was when i explained what i was looking for, it was presented to me, but bud tender stated he didnt know thc/cbd content of flower shown. Also, website claims 10% discount for veterans, but at the dispensary, i was told only select strains. Website makes no mention of restrictions for veterans, leading one to believe that all items receive said discount. Other than that, Jamestown is an excellent place for medicinal needs, clean, and friendly.

However, pending legislation does require testing for ALL products we offer, so look forward to test results being readily available in the very near future! We are very excited to be able to present this information to you soon and on a consistent basis.
Any flower already on sale, such as our $13 strains marked down to $10 unfortunately cannot be combined with any other discounts. We do specify this on our Leafly and apologize for any miscommunication at the counter. I switched for awhile because it is hard for me to get there and I was using delivery. have been back at Jamestown awhile now and really impressed. Buds have been beautiful. Had an OZ of Mama Mia and was show quality massive sized succulent buds. 👌 Love the Vape carts just wish more deals on them as they get pricey. A must have for people with very "High" tolerance to flower. Much respect and many returns. 🙏🤗😎

I really liked the place, they have a good selection of flower; the only advice I have for the manager would be to keep the DA Discount available at all times.

The customer service is absolutely top notch! Every staff member is very knowledgeable and allows me to take my time without ever feeling rushed. What started off as being unsure, has grown to change my mind. Whether we get to the root issue of the pain I am in or not. This is the customer's point of view after being in the service industry for 36 years. Do not look at the negative feeds about the store and what else is on these feeds. Because in my opinion, Kori is the best at getting back to me, helping with ideas, comments, personal reviews. Changing things up when I struggle. In a lot of nerve induced pain daily. So comments on pricing, the looks of the store do not offend me or make me go away. Thanks for doing a really good job. B

I was actually surprised to see that the prices weren’t as high as I had been told. The product is good, however I don’t believe it’s worth the price in bulk prices, everything is great, I just wish the prices on half oz’s & oz’s were more comparable to Phx prices.

How they have yet to be shut down really surprises me. Can never tell you levels of thc in flower, if they know, they never write it on your order. Everyone saying knowledge is high here, must not know much about the plant itself... WAY OVERPRICED. Had to call 3 times in one day to confirm that I was getting the correct info , to no surprise I got an " I don't know" a "Yes only 5.00 off" and a "Yes half off" Do not be fooled, they are simply there to sell, nothing more but that, so they will tell you what you want to hear to ensure your hard earned cash is in their pocket. Search around, many, MANY other places with 100% organic, AWARD winning growers and strains, actual knowledgeable staff. Shame, shame, shame.
