Don’t waste your time here!!! Ordered online and took 3 hours to fill a simple order

Always an excellent experience whenever I come here! The staff is always so friendly and knowledgeable! Best dispensery in Monroe in my opinion!

They insisted that even though they will scan your medical marijuana card, they will still make you pay the recreational tax. And they did charge for recreational tax even with a medical card - and I believe that is illegal but they were so rude and unfriendly that we just paid it and left.

Don't waste your time placing an order online unless you make them run it out to you because if they're busy your preorder does nothing for you. I waited in the rain for 2.5 hours just to finally get home and have the wrong products because their website had the wrong pictures and descriptions. Believe me I wouldn't have waited had I known it was going to be that long. But you know you in and feel like you've put in the time. haha. I laugh but this was the most unorganized sh*t show I've seen. If you get slammed and have 5 people working with customers why not put 1 of those on pickup orders so people can get in and out and your new customers still have their time. All you need to do is ask people in line if they had an order ready and start plucking them in order from the line or form a 2nd line. I placed my order at 2pm for 4:30 pickup. I arrived about 4:25pm but didn't get in the front door until about 6:15 then waited another 30 mins(but at least I was out of the rain) and walked out of there at 7pm. I mean why ask my what 30 minute window I want to pickup my order if I have to wait like for 2.5 hours anyways? The products are fine when you get what you ordered and the people I spoke with were nice but add some sort of logic to your customer service.

Was there few days ago and got some really 🔥 🌲 and wax from them. Plus they were very quick and professional

Wrote 3 emails over 2 weeks, never received and answer back.

Well pretty much been sitting for 45 mins with a Online order so I suggest if you looking to order online I would definitely not come to JARS there’s a lot other places who will get your online order alittle but after you arrive in the area *Weedys I believe*

Service was excellent. I actually came here Saturday and Wednesday. Both times I had the same budtender and she was really great at listening and getting what I had ordered. Only downside is the waiting area being a little small. Other than that it’s an excellent dispensary. I will definitely ensure to come back.

This is a personal favorite. They have something for everyone with a great experience to boot!

Great! Nyla is amazing!

Way too much stems and leaves. Quite a handful of strains that consist of poorly trimmed buds, quality consistent of someone growing out of their closet. Otherwise staff was great and accommodated to picking out the least leafy-looking batch.
