Me and my sister went into the dispo together and she was only going to get an eighth but BLESS CODY he let her know she had 2,000 some points saved up, she had no idea points existed and so she got 2 live resin’s for free, and instead of paying 106 she paid 80$ ♥︎ and for me he gave me a free joint for this review and a free mask that says ‘select better’ coz I complemented his, so BLESS HIM.

The budtenders are amazing and friendly, the product is always great but it’s better with their recommendations and attitudes!
I enjoyed the BudTenders’ exceptional attitude and knowledge of different strains! I definitely will be back!

This shop usually has something strong enough to help with pain and the wait is usually short.
I've really tried to like this place since it was zen but cant get behind it. I went here years ago when I lived in the area gave it a few shots but everytime I went the flower was always trash. it was so wet I couldn't even grind it so I stopped going. I tried to give it another chance like 4 years later since it was bought out and to be honest there was a big improvement in the atmosphere I like the set up a lot, there was no wait time and my budtender was friendly. But when I got home guess what same issue I had 4 years ago is still a issue, today figure out your storage and boveda packs because its obviously not working. you guys should be embarrassed to call that top shelf. i got tru infusion flower which has always been fire from other places. I thought it would be packaged by tru infusion and in their jars since it was the highest tier they had but nope what I got was packaged by jars which sorry guys once again embarrassing. the flower was extremely wet bearly was able to grind it and the amount of full blown fan leaves and stems was ridiculous. I can understand a little bit of sugar leaf left over but what I got was unacceptable point blank no attempt to manicure at all, I wish I could post a picture of how bad it really was and on top of that I dont feel like I should have to cure flower I purchase at a dispensary . coming from someone who is in the industry you guys need to step it up and take care of your patients

I’ve been to a few dispensaries and Jars New River has some of the best Budtenders I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting! They’re all knowledgeable, nice and make every visit fun! I have to shout out Jeremiah, he’s probably my favorite! Any time I’m looking for something but just don’t know exactly what, his recommendations come through on point!
Great customer service, good quality buds I would recommend people to this dispensary!!

Very fair prices . Quality was mice
Ended up going to new river location for my new patient special and leafly didn’t specify certain flowers aren’t 30% off and when I showed up I found out so I got a managers discount which was super appreciated! The tryke budders are out of this world fire and the northern lights and purple punch! WOW!

the flower is always not good quality unless you get the very top shelf, they also took away stacking deals now? This new policy is not listed anywhere and if it had been I wouldn’t have made the hour trip to go there. There is no loyalty for their medical patients, I won’t be coming back
Spoke with a gentleman on the phone and he was so kind and nice while I asked questions and did his absolutely best to help assist me today
