I walked in there and there was no line there was 2 lady’s up there one with long curly hair and a blonde lady I believe name Riana, the lady with glass asked what kind of order I had, I told her online and she said one moment, the person who walked in behind was asked about her order and she looked at the lady with curly hair and asked if she could help, the lady who was supposed to be helping me started helping her immediately and didn’t not say anything to me , like sorry or do you mind, then the blonde lady continued to not do anything, she didn’t help me or even tell me one moment, so I had to go wait in line which now had one person it it and go to the back. I kinda feel like discrimination occurred on Riana the blonde lady’s end, her customer service was horrible, well there was no customer service. I will for sure ask for different people besides her, due the hate I felt from her. The lady who actually help me was beyond great, give her a raise!
I’m a regular. The bud tender I had hates his job. I have problems every time with him. Today the manager John says it’s cause he’s under the weather. It’s every time with this bud tender, he also discussed with a girl working how people are today, no it’s his attitude towards your customers. Also I had to refund my order because they charged me $25 for the BOGO on the 8ths that are $18 with no sale, not BOGO. Then I was told I could either just pay the money or get something else for more… I stop in here weekly and the overall atmosphere has changed in the last 6 months and it’s not going to be my stoping place anymore. Customers should get the sale that’s advertised. Poor quality on their buds, it’s mostly shake. Overall this store is going down hill fast.

As far as the BOGO, we do apologize for any miscommunication regarding our deals or promos. We do not stack deals, and items are based off of full retail price when put on a BOGO. When any of my friends ask where the BEST dispensary in the valley is, I always recommend Jars North Valley! It’s always the best! Amazing prices, fantastic meds, and awesome people! Would HIGHly recommend!
Went to Ben, he’s a really nice guy pretty knowledgeable about the strains.. lately they have been getting some different 1/8s so those are nice to try. They still don’t have everything listed online for pickup so if you’re looking for something specific maybe ask when you get there. They might have it !

Adriana k was awesome at making sure I had everything and was very friendly I'm definitely coming back here again
Honestly I had a great experience! Check in was quick. The lady in front was very nice and made me feel welcome as well as helped me through the process. Product is 🔥🔥🔥 best dispensary I've been to so far in AZ. 5 Stars 🤙🏼
It had been a while since I'd visited this location, but not much has changed. It's still a fantastic experience shopping at Jars no matter which one ya visit.
This team at this location does not matter they always come in, clutch going above and beyond their customers! Customer service is A+. Staff is extremely friendly and always has a smile on their face.

Great dispensary! All staff is very friendly and helpful, and you’re always greeted at the door. Been shopping here primarily for over 2 years and will continue to do so!

Pickup for online orders is usually pretty quick. Something that bugs me is the fact that the bud tenders engage and talk to people behind me but I seem to regularly get ignored.

I got two grams of drips motor breath o.G live hash rosin and I just got home.I cracked the first one open to take a dab.And it has hair in it, along with something else.I can't identify.I got video.I wasn't gonna post a video.That's how I seen it.Luckily, is there any way I could get?This switched out for another one ? The second one was fine

Dom was really great and helpful trying to find the best hybrid and indica shatter and butters for me and was impatient or annoyed that I had to come in multiple times
