I typically place my orders online for pickup. The process is super easy. They do accept debit cards but I believe it is a $50 minimum debit but change is provided after product and debit fee if less than $50. The products have always been great quality and the staff has been very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I will continue to frequent this dispensary.

I've been medical card patient since before rec and ponderosa has helped providing help for pain since then and a recent post they're going to jar's is mind blowing is all I can say and I'm sure it's for profitable value. so I completely back ponderosa with love 🦋

I should have written this review before smoking because my budtenders' names are now lost in time. But I can say that as early as I was there (with a price miscommunication between leafly.com and Ponderosa), both were much more patient and kind than one might expect from folks so early in the day, haha. But they were fun, kind, friendly. I added some flower in addition to my vape purchase and (it's coming to me now) Randa(?) really knew their stuff in terms of effects one might expect from what strain and so on. This is the second company (at least in name) that I've patronized in that space and everyone's always made it a great experience. I was going there when I lived in Mesa and I'm still happy to pop in when I'm in the valley up from Casa Grande. Thank you all for making this anxious nugget feel relaxed in your space, every time. -Tony

this place doesn't give you the points you earn when making a purchase. I made a purchase and the points for that purchase never came through.

The product I received from this store sucked. The gummy’s are hard, stale and taste like your chewing on a brix. The people here are nice it’s just the hard candy making it unreliable anymore.

Convenient location with it being west Mesa now. I love some of their selections. Quality choice of flower. Nice staff.

Since the takeover by Keys, the Flower deals have not been that great. I used to shop here once a week, now I barely check the deals.

Great area, easily accessible. Awesome place to go if you don't want to feel rushed. Matthew was outstanding. Will definitely be back in.

2nd time in. Love the store and the product. You guys have a problem with your special pricing accuracy. I shouldn't have to correct you, especially when the prices are listed on a card on your counter. Fix it or lose a good customer.

Great customer service

I've been shopping here for over two years now. As of this week the company has been bought out and all of the existing employees purged. I'm deeply saddened by this as there was no warning prior. I'm a creature of habit and unfortunately this significant of a change so suddenly, doesn't sit well with me as a regular customer. I miss the old crew and vibe at Nova so I don't think I'll be shopping here anymore.

If you've ever had Mary as your bud tender you have had a 2nd to none experience.Always makes my visit something to look forward to and her knowledge of the products is spot on.The whole staff is great but Mary will keep you coming back.
