JARS Cannabis - Tolleson (Med/Rec)

First like to start off by saying , if you order online they should have you in and out. Not in this case I ordered a disposable came to pick it up. Just to wait 30-40 mins for someone who had their friend there in online pick up to be able to choose what they wanted when that isn’t supposed to be happening in online pick up. It’s not the regular line and to add fuel to fire the manager seen us standing there waiting for there shopping spree to end. All while 4-5 walk ins already left and got there things. Just to blame another girl and me that we weren’t in the right line. The girl manger that wears glasses is beyond rude gave me the most ugliest face and honestly makes me never wanna go back. If I do she won’t be there I never want to deal with such a negative person can’t believe I’m writing this I just can’t let it go . Something must be done my overall experience would be 1/10 . Manager made everything 20x worse

One thing I can count on is walking into this jar’s dispensary and getting greeted the best way possible, not only are the workers nice they actually talk with you, laugh with you, actually care about the things your saying, it’s awesome.

On 4-20-26 I came in and was helped by a very kind lady, the manager though said they were not giving out anything free on this great holiday. I spent 50$ on 4-20-26 and didn't even walk out with a free preroll. The manager is a short red head white boy. That looked like he could have been helping someone. He wasn't though guys, I was so mad this took me a couple days to address.
