They are consistently bad at their delivery. With the pandemic happening some of us rely on this service and I have been screwed over multiple times. Most recently they were out of what I ordered, they didn't even process my order for three hours after I made it. I had $51 worth of stuff, I handed the driver $55 and the driver took my money before handing me my bag and I gave my money thinking my order was right, got inside saw the receipt and noticed they substituted a bunch of things for things I didn't order, they never called me to tell me they were out of product and I had only $41 worth of product so I was out $10. The woman didn't correct my money she just assumed it was a tip. I can't afford to tip $14, especially with such poor service. I called to complain and the guy sounded so high off his rocker he was of no help and said the manager would call me back. This was the most unprofessional situation I have ever been in. They ripped me off entirely. I do not smoke indicas and they gave me a bunch of indica prerolls, this isn't okay. I would not recommend them, they don't seem to give a crap about their customers or customer service. I have had them leave off items before and not tell me and then let me pay the full price.

These employees do not wear masks!!! Do not give your money to this place of business. Twice now I have gone there and the man working there is not wearing a mask. The first time, I was flustered and didn't know how to react. This time I put my foot down and refused to pay for my online order I had placed and left. It disgusts me that a place of buiness such as K9 Chronic would allow their staff to be on the clock and public facing and not require them to wear a mask. This is the most basic way to protect the lives of one another in our community, and is a sign of intelligence and respect for those around you. Clearly this company does not care if the people in their community stay safe from an uncontained virus. They just lost my business for life. Nobody likes wearing the masks, but we do it to save lives.

I made an account just to come warn others about this place. I am a caretaker for my husband but today he decided to go to the dispensary near our home which unluckily was this place. I get a call because (before any money or final sale has been made) he tried to present his medical card. The "employee" told shrugged "sorry, that's the price do you even still want it". I am speechless. During a pandemic and when job security is not guaranteed a rep from this establishment denied him use of his card FOR MEDICINE. Sounds like this place needs to adapt to 2020 and have reputable butenders instead of low level drug dealers. This place is a SCAM.

The Flower and prices here are a joke they have nasty cannabis not shopping here agian ☹
