Kaleafa Cannabis Weed Dispensary Oregon City

I am an OMMP and over Memorial Day weekend, on Saturday. I placed an online order with the Oregon City Kaleafa. For 3 Indica feel right carts at 83% THC. Picked them up, got home only to find that I got 3 hybrid carts at only 63% THC. I called them up and they said to come back a they would see what they could do. I got there, was completely humiliated, laughed at an told I had to come back on Monday to speak with a manager. I said “ I have to go ALL WEEKEND WITHOUT MY MEDs” Sierra said “there is nothing I can do for you” Monday came I went back a third time only to be told that Brandon was busy. A this young man said there was nothing Brandon would do for me. I believe this was done on purpose as retaliation for me telling them. I had to throw away a whole ounce recently as it was not the smooth marijuana they promised me it was. The lady whom sold it to me was so high on pain pills ( she told me herself she was ) that’s why she sold me the shit weed. There always so damn high in there they make mistakes they can not explain, then the patient pays the price for their mistakes. We as patients can not go in an purchase if we are visibly intoxicated. Yet employees are very visibly intoxicated always. Why is this acceptable?? Please explain. As a medical patient I have been treated very poorly by EVERYONE in this place. If you want good weed an still insist on being ABUSED by this place, ask them about the jars of good weed they keep under the counter for them selves to buy when they are off work. They get real pissy if you can afford the weed they can’t. The best place for a medical patient to go to is ARCHIVE in Portland !! Kaleafa is DONE STEALING FROM ME. I will never ever shop there again. Now Brandon doesn’t have to hide from me in the back room. Buh bye !!

I have been going to Oregon City kaleafa since it opened up, I have seen people come and go, but latly its just gone down hill, on multiple occasions Their worker Lee(floor lead) has mentioned to me that shes either hung over or on pills while on the job. and has even messed up my order because of that. I have also seen the mistreatment of my patient in front of my own eyes by staff members to the point that my patient left crying. This mistreatment occurs because the employees are so high that they make mistakes and confusing they dont have patience to answer questions, and then they turn it all around on the customer as if we did something wrong, when it is visably clear that they are not sober. When I called to ask how to contact the owners to discuss my concerns prior to reporting to OMMP, they refused to give any contact information.

This place is amazing…I’ve been going here for years, and have NEVER been pressured in any way to spend more than I planned. They pay attention to their clientele & their personal needs & goals with their weed. The budtenders are extremely knowledgeable about the products they currently offer, the ones they used to offer but might not anymore, AND products may not offer but might meet the client needs. They happily go through every product with you if that’s what you need. They seem way into answering questions even if they aren’t related to what the client is buying. They’re just all around awesome in there. Other dispensaries in the area simply cannot compete. The other places pressure sales & seem completely disinterested in you unless you’re willing to spend what THEY want you to spend on what THEY want to sell. If you’re not in OC, I highly recommend visiting any of their locations. I have when necessary, and have yet to be disappointed by Kaleafa as a company. They’re more like friends, or even friends of friends.

Kaleafa OC is my #1 go to pot shop. I'm really particular about dispensaries. I hate when the budtenders act pushy or annoyed or snobby or they have no idea about their own product, and I've never got any of that riff raff here. The atmosphere is chill, clean, organized, professional and I never feel uncomfortable here. That's a major plus considering most places elsewhere tend to make me feel uncomfortable somehow in some way before I get in and out. They have a big selection of flower and concentrates and I can always find some frosty, dense, top shelf, just frosty ass ganja here and that's my numero uno concern. I like to smoke the fireiest pot I can get my hands on. They do have deals and im totally down with this shop. My personal favorite. They advertise a special but haven’t had it for a long time. They they say they are out for the day but actually never had any that day to give. They now are saying they are waiting for an outdoor crop. Why have a special advertisement if you won’t be honoring it. Why not mark down another product so you have a special for the day... would avoid false advertising and not upset customers by making employees lie to them.

Love this place! Wish they would quit hiring kids that don't know a thing. But the actual real budtenders are generally great. Although lately I've been getting alot of very seedy weed

The employees are obviously not taking their job seriously, and its ruined my experience the past few weeks I've been in there. There has been multiple cases where I was sent home with the wrong strain because they have duplicate names, and don't listen enough to know which brand you're asking for. They have full display cases but none of the ones you ask for are ever in stocks, they just refuse to remove it from the display case. I'll have to find another location nearby.

They have great product, great daily deals and the budtenders are always chill.

Super easy pickup. Had a bit of trouble with a Leafly but the pickup went smooth! I am grateful they offer a pickup service. I am older and don’t need to be around a bunch of people. I was in and out less than 2 minutes

gosh I love all the people here. Brandon Gabby, even the new hires.. they are always awesome. this is my first dispensary and they have put many others to shame. they have taught me everything so far for being brand new to bud at 30. not everything about bud but deff I currently know. and the simple face they act like humans and treat me as a human is rather nice.

I have been to every single dispensary in Oregon City. Kaleafa is by a mile my favorite. They ALWAYS have a great selection. Best prices in town and super friendly staff.

Had a good first time experience. Was given a 10% discount for first time and also another discount for having my MWP which is awesome! I got Durban Poison and Kush Mints both were recommended by budtender. I really enjoy the flower and the experience. It was a little hard to hear Budtender because he was wearing a mask but overall it was still a good experience while maintaining social distance.

I did a online order and went to pick up and had to sign in and wait, so what’s the point?? Also the weed I got was shake and tons of stems, won’t be back there are way to many shops in the area.

First impression was very nice! right when you walk in you're greeted by the receptionist (Michael is the guy who's typically up there when I come in!) Hes extremely friendly and as the first face you see when you come in I think that's important! He set a good vibe before I got into the dispensary and let me know that since it was my first time to ask the budtender for a discount! How awesome, I would've never known. Its a big place with ALOT of options. I go here vs all the other places now.

love this spot, amazing selection and budtenders are knowledgeable. Tre G helped us today and was fantastic. Super patient with all our questions and needs, as we were very particular in what we were looking for. He was very helpful in finding the right product for us as well as helping find a replacement product for the item that I wanted that was out of stock. All around super pleased with his service and thankful for his time!

I had a good experience at Kaleafa today ... I checked out their menu before coming in / when I got to the store everything I hoped to purchase was in stock and priced exactly as listed. Because I came in early there was no wait time or line. The budtender was friendly with me. He promised me the product I came in to Kaleafa for (Fruitlust cartridges) could reliably be expected on their store menu. I am one happy customer who will be back again thanks to their friendly service, good price and they had exactly what I was looking for. Thanks Kaleafa OC 😊

The shift manager is terrible. Doesn't discount anything if you had problems. Did online order and the quarter i got was mostly shake.

The bud tender Jacobi is amazing! He always gives good recommendations. I love the $90 ounce deals the store provides 3 times a week. The store is clean and the staff is welcoming. I highly recommend checking out this dispensary yourself.
