I went in to Kaleafa pretty nervous and self-conscious, but the awesome lady who helped me really cared about my specific needs, and was incredibly patient, kind and knowledgeable each time I’ve gone here. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

hands down my favorite dispensary in all of Portland. Sure, sometimes you have to wait, but it's totally worth it. great specials everyday and very friendly staff, plus an incredible selection. great loyalty program too!

A return trip. Fine bud, great deals, fine staff. Really liked the Lime Warp. I'll return. Recommended--one of the better spots in the city.

As an out of work veteran without a grower the owner of Kaleafa offered me the “favor” of getting me a grower through one of his suppliers, and asked me to make him my caregiver. After paying my own registration, including the increased fee for a 3rd party grower and making the owner my caregiver, they immediately started a trend of hassling me over my meds. I was supposed to receive my meds at the 1st of every month, instead I would get excuse after excuse as to why my meds were “not in yet” and otherwise unavailable until I would be forced, due to lack of meds, to settle much later in the month for an inferior product, offered by them, in lieu of the actual meds from what was supposed to be my grower. In other words – they stole from a veteran in need by coercing me into taking the low end shwag then they sold my meds off recreational. These people are nothing but thieves, they care NOTHING of patients or customer service or what they put on their shelves, - avoid this dispensary at all cost.

kaleafa employees are the greatest! very personable people. down to earth... I always look forward to going to kaleaga! I drive from vernonia Oregon just to get some clementine! its perfect for my ptsd and anxiety. and don't get me started on dolla dolla gram day every Tuesday... I suggest anybody passing to that area go in there and just take a look around enjoy the atmosphere and the air conditioning LOL

Bad experience. I drove far to get there and the menu had not been updated, the budtender was rude when I mentioned it as well. It was so crowded I could barely move around and I hear it’s always like that.

I frequent Portland's different dispensaries for a little bit of this or that. I heard by the reviews on here that this place had a KILLER variety of concentrates. Sadly tho, what I would was the opposite. Only a little revolving carousel of different BHO options. Some looked good, others not so much. But very small. So I got a few grams and each and every last one was severely dry. Definitely not refrigerated. So I am very sad at the quality. I know they have a huge sale on concentrates on Saturday. So maybe I came after they got wiped out. But I frequent other shops that always stay consistent with good wax. Can't say I have a real urge to go back. Thanks for the good customer service tho.

HUGE selection on flower,shatterday is Saturdays deal day for 15% off bho shatter and wax,had a issue with them but management and staff handled very well and over compensated for my issue. im very pleased with them and thank them greatly.

Good dispensary. I've only tried Thier flower, but it was top quality every time. Only problem I have is that it's always hardcore busy when I go in, and sometimes I feel rushed, but I can't blame a place for succeeding.

placed was small and croweded. I thought the person helping me was great and knew what he was talking about which was completely wrong sold me something that legit tastes like plastic for 60. Asking about cartridges and hes talking about batteries he cant sell because theyre locked up? Just not a place i would ever go again- was let down for a first time customer.

Kaleafa is arguably the best dispensary in Portland in terms of quality, quantity, and service. They have bomb bud, oil, edibles, etc. and their bud tenders are crazy polite.

Every time I come here not only do I get quality bud tender service, but also great bud for cheap. 10% off first time and a regular 10% discount for veterans.

Great store, and even better staff. Fast paced, and must be knowledgable to work here. Thank you for all of your help - purchased multiple strains to try out, and the sales guy never skipped a beat. Have to love Anthony's high-fives (they save lives). Thanks Again!

EPIC! Top shelf bud for well prices, Excellent CS. I was tempted to not share, and keep this one of the best kept secrets for Cannabis in SE PDX. Cause the only negative thing I can say, and this is the fault of other consumer's, is there is often a wait to get in. They always have 4-6 busy budtenders who rock. They use gloves or tongs (no dirty hands that handle cash and bud) and they keep people from getting nose hairs in the jars. Plus they honor Vets w/a discount. As well as all the other promos. The owner runs a top notch shop. I pass several other dispensarys in the area that are closer some claim to have a larger selection, but other shops 'well' bud (cheap buzz bud) is either popcorn or dry and schawg bud. The occasional 'well bud' has always been excellent even at a value price. I've seen similar value bud sold as top shelf bud in other shops. I also love that they offer both outdoor and indoor and at different prices, some shops they just sell the strain and your never sure. So always worth the wait as well as the drive. So pay it forward and tell a friend. Remember that tippin' is not just for Cows. No affiliation with anyone related to Kaleaf, I just have a deep appreciation for excellent deals with service (and will bitchabout bad service).

Large selection, OK prices, only place I've seen so far that gave a 10% discount for a first time visit, which I thought was neat. One of the better concentrate selections I've seen.

Endless amounts of top quality product at amazing prices. At the same time, service is "all business" and feels so rushed inside. I think management needs to look into making the environment a little friendlier and comforting. For such a new industry, people shouldn't feel rushed looking at products they're unfamiliar with.

These Guys Rock!!! Always excellent medicine with great prices!! Their Customer service is off the charts!!! Every time I go there they treat me like no other!! Anthony and Spencer are the shiz!! These guys helped me out with the best Customer service ever!!! They kept their word and messaged me when a particular medicine was gonna hit the shelves and the minute it did...I received a message!!!
