Kind Care Of Colorado (REC)

KindCare was my first (and until now only) shop. I had a very unpleasant visit a few weeks ago where the receptionist was very rude and insulting to my mother (who is medically frail and recovering from a double mastectomy). Mom gave the receptionist her out of state medical card instead of drivers license by accident. When I tried to explain, the receptionist scoffed and just kept repeating that "you do know you are in Colorado now right?" Then we discovered mom's drivers license had expired two weeks earlier while she was in hospital. (This made the receptionist laugh again) My mother was very embarrassed and wanted to leave. I told the receptionist that I understood what she was trying to say but thought she could have been nicer about it. This is far from the whole story but amongst other things, the receptionist refused to return my ID card. In fact, she and told me to "get it myself" from behind the counter while she brought other customers into the store. I can't believe that is normal behavior because I have only had positive experiences there and have historically referred all my friends and family to KindCare. I don't leave negative reviews as a rule...however...I privately emailed KindCare with a full explanation and have received no reply. Just because marijuana shops are a relatively 'new' business does not preclude professionalism and common courtesy. There are other places to go, management might do well to remember that.

I’m 57 and just retired from 25 years of service to the Union Pacific Railroad. I was 30 years old when I was hired and my body was in its prime. I am ecstatic to report after a year of treatment, my 1 inch tumor is almost 3/4 inch and the Doctors said it is SHRINKING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I plan to continue on my natural course of treatment with whole foods, exercise, plenty of mountain air, and my dispensary that really does have my back. In short they OPEN HASH AND PUT IT BACK FOR THE NEXT CUSTOMER and they don’t have system to separate online and walk ins properly. Here are a couple experiences I had shopping here I don’t like to leave bad reviews but Rex the manager here has left me no choice. I come to shop every 2 weeks and I bring my grandmother because she needs her edibles and she can’t drive I just get an oz of whatever is good at the time. So the first bad experience was 7/10 they were short staffed and Rex was working the line you could feel the stress and anxiety radiating from him when it was our turn I wanted to look at couple things he pretty much rushed me through my order and then treated my grandma the same I helped explain what she wanted and she forgot to mention something after he grabbed everything you can tell he was getting more stressed and anxious with each new person coming in he snapped at us “is that everything” even if it wasn’t we both just wanted to leave he didn’t even mention or show us the hash on sale. I figured I give them a second chance we went back two weeks later almost had Rex help us again thought we dodged the bullet we got a really nice bud tender who was new super friendly showed us tons of stuff and when he put my order in the computer it didn’t look right so he asked Rex bad idea. He came over looks at the computer and berated me for not knowing how they’re tiers work and walked away. He made the bud tender feel like an idiot too PLEASE WORK THE FRONT REX DONT TALK TO THE CUSTOMERS
